According to me depending on one of the state, because it is not all of the country gambling on legal right in the form of anything included in my country that did not allow gambling because gambling on my country is one of a criminal act
Once bitcoin is legalized in a specific country, it can be used as a currency if only the retailers accept it as a mode of payment. To open a casino or gambling website, you will need license from the proper authorities and when that is done, its completely legal.
To create your own bitcoin gambling site, you need all these formalities but to play gambling with using bitcoins, I think it is not required. Many countries bitcoin is not a legal currency, but you can see people are playing gambling with bitcoin freely. Suppose if your governament ban bitcoin gambling sites with using VPN you can access any website.
We can freely play gambling on a gambling site because on gambling sites we are completely an anonymous person and if your government bans gambling website , You can use VPN to bypass the gambling site and play there.

legal or not legal I think it still depends on our own thoughts. Although gambling is said to be illegal, still if it's already a gambling fans it will remain a legal, right? Grin and still doing a gambling as can as possible, it doesn't matter it was said an illegal's thing.
But seem I've heard, that in some countries.. gambling with bitcoin already has been legal.

Gambling is legal for adults in most of the world, only the legal age is different in those countries. Gambling is a sin in some religions etc, but it's it a reason to make it illegal.

And yeah bitcoins gambling is legal as well, if basic gambling is legal in specific country. I don't think there are different laws for normal and bitcoin gambling.

Is Bitcoin gambling is legal?
It depends on where you are located, there are countries that ban any form of gambling so even if bitcoin casinos are not explicitly prohibited we can assume they are prohibited despite that, but there are countries where gambling is legal under some circumstances and in those countries gambling with bitcoin will be legal or at worst something in a gray area of the law.

Is Bitcoin gambling is legal?

Bitcoin gambling is legal depending on the country where you are doung and operating the gamble. However if that country has banned bitcoin then that would also follow that gambling using that currency is also not valid. That’s why i really think tbat this is conditional
Well I don't think any country can ever legalize bitcoins so if you seek that ways then bitcoin gambling is illegal. But technically speaking if your government allows gambling and you change your bitcoins into fiat and pay proper taxes on it then there is no problem I suspect.
Talking of gambling I think most of the countries allow it, while some countries don't permit their people for online gambling.

It depends on countries and places rules and regulations.
If  gambling itself is ban in a country, then gambling with bitcoin or any other currency is automatically illegal.

While in some countries gambling may be legal but bitcoin as a cryptocurrency may not be accepted and legalised yet, so in such place it is safe to not gamble with bitcoin.

While most of the places have gambling regularised, and bitcoin is not illegal in mosf of the countries so it is fair to say that gambling with bitcoin is not illegal.
bitcoin is very strong and anonymous.
if we do gambling with bitcoin I consider this is a legal action when viewed in anonymous terms.
but gambling is still an illegal act in some countries.
gamblers always have access to get their gambling venues
Bitcoin is not really anonymous if they the government will find ways to trace those using it for online gambling, however bitcoin is not yet regulated in some countries so people have the full freedom to use it at any transactions they want to. I hope in the future the government will not ban bitcoin gambling because in reality it gives a lot of entertainment to the majority of people and if they legalized they can benefit through taxes.

As long as the country where you lived in doesn't consider bitcoin gambling as illegal, then you are safe to do. However, there are really country that every gambling is illegal not only online. So you need to be careful as you internet service provider can really report you to the government.

You are one lucky person if you are in the nation that allows gambling as legal so some extend. Just hope though that your government will not issue a hammer ban, otherwise it will be very risky on your part to play online and be caught. Yaikks..
I think officially all the countries mention gambling as a banned habit because it is considered a bad thing when we talk about humanities and if the country will officially announce that they are offering gambling, definitely it is going to spoil the reputation of that country in front of other countries.

However, I think all the countries are well aware of its affairs also they take huge taxes from the casinos which have vast business.

I think it's not illegal and legal because there are no rules about it.
There is/are rules about it. If you are living in a country that is religious then gambling is no doubt illegal on it but if you're living in such a nice country that is allowing people to gamble and they are taxing people's profit and as well as the establishment then there's no need to worry on it, they are legal on those places.

I think it's not only about religion. Evolved countries allow gambling (and they are religious/conservative), while poor countries don't. Evolved people know very well how to deal with gambling on their countries, they can live with it without becoming addicted and without ruining their lives and their economy. I really don't understand why poor countries are against gambling as it could generate an interesting income for the public coffers.
Wrong, most of the countries that aren't wealthy enough does have a lot of gambling place that exists. And to those countries that aren't allowing it are the ones who are mostly rich and doesn't want to let their citizens involve with such activity because they know what will be the return to their people.

I'm not sure... USA is a rich country and allows gambling, some principalities (that are wealthy places) the same. Now look third world countries, muslim countries, latin america countries, they don't like gambling and don't allow their citizens to play. Gambling is benefical if regulated in the countries as it will return money in services to the population (the basic services).
I think you have made a blunder by making a statement that USA allows gambling because she is a rich country. I completely disagree with you in this regard because gambling is a bad habit as its image is bad all over the world and definitely, the country who would be promoting it would also be considered bad as it is very stressful and disastrous for the users and no country would like their reputation spoiled due to this fact.

You need to ask 2 questions of yourself that requires you to answer for yourself.

1. Is Bitcoin Legal in your country?

2. Is Gambling Legal in your country?

3. Are you at the legal age to gamble?

Well those I think are the essential questions you need to know and answer in order for you to see if Bitcoin Gambling is even legal in your country. Another follow up is of course is the gambling site you are playing on legal? Some Casino sites here are running of a illegal operations which some countries require first their approval before their citizens can play in that said website.

It depends on your Country.
If BTC isn't legal, than BTC Gambling isn't too.
If BTC is legal, but Gambling isn't, than BTC Gambling isn't.

Simple as that.
Yes this makes sense here. In different countries of the world, there are some different concepts about bitcoins and gambling. Some European countries, they have legalized everything and people are openly trading and investing in bitcoins plays they are using it legally. They gamble with bitcoins and no one is there to stop them. So yes, it really depends on the country you are living in.
In my country it is illegal but even it is prohibited more they push of people in playing and most of teenagers can't stop either gambling in public or any form of a game is still gambling. I think even if it is totally banned it will not be stop.

A few precautions to take:
- make sure to bet on a reputable website ( www.bitvest.io is one of them and I strongly recommend it)
- whether or not gambling is legal in your country, I am pretty sure gambling on Bitcoin websites is probably not legal wherever you live, apart from a few exceptions, so make sure to use a VPN (just in case)
- make sure to transfer your winnings to anonymous wallets / mastercard (such as Advcash).
Hope this helps.

About point number 2, I think differently, bitcoin is not being considered as a currency at most of the countries, so if you country doesn't consider it as a currency then the rules of gambling on currencies won't apply.

I will give an example, let's say your country sees bitcoin as an asset, and at the same time it disallows gambling on money.
The rule of gambling won't apply on bitcoin because it is not a currency and it doesn't necessarily mean that you won't be able to legally bet bitcoins at your country.

Anyway, I don't see a reason for you to mind if bitcoin gambling will be legal or not, as your government won't be able to know that you gambled, as bitcoin at it's nature is anonymous.

Offline gambling like casino is legal though, many countries have casinos and most of them are legal. I don't know about bitcoin gambling but i think it's illegal but some bitcoin gambling have license though, i don't know is having license makes the gambling site become legal or not.
In offline gambling what do you mean by that? There's no guarantee that it's legal when you're living in a country that they prohibit gambling. The answer if bitcoin gambling is legal is it all depends on the country that you are living. Whether those casino's are licensed but if someone will have an access to a country that ban or prohibit online gambling then the answer might be obvious.
