No, it doesn't seem for bitcoin to replace the paper money in this era. Bitcoin is an efficient way to seal the deals on the internet but due to its such great worth, it can't be replaced with current money. In my opinion, it is because that the large value of bitcoin can't be carried around by every person. And as currency works, like for buying grocery to meds, bitcoin won't be that much efficient for this kind of use.
It is just a faster and more reliable transaction especially for online transaction. It cannot replace the real money. Bitcoin is more of an asset than a currency because many people use it as an investment rather than for buying goods online.
Yes i guess,especially when everybody would know that bitcoin can exchange to real cash. Also bitcoin is easy to earn and its secure.

While bitcoin is running in a year by now, Bitcoin is not a base money for now but i see in the future that many people use the power of the bitcoin to make a new currency in the world. They can use it to buy in stores not only in online but in personal transaction. For starters, bitcoins are the new era DIGITAL CURRENCY. The way I see it, bitcoins can't over throw fiat money as a daily driver of some sort because bitcoins cannot sustain a fixed monetary value. This is because of many factors including supply and demand. Bitcoins is today's innovative cryptocurrency, but IMO, it cannot outshine paper money.
