It is not banned at least. I think more governments will legislate it as the companies start accepting bitcoins as peyments. E.g. Far Eastern Air, Taiwan's Far Eastern Air, has announced the adoption of bitcoins as payment for tickets and other services

Legality of bitcoin depends on your location or your county. As we all know, there are many countries that banned bitcoin. You are lucky enough if it's not banned in your country.

It is not yet regulated in many countries. The governments think how to get a control over bitcoin and how to squeeze taxes out of you.

Yes bitcon is legal. Its just not regulated by the government because of its being volatile in the market but government knows about bitcoin.
They just let the programmers to build blockchain to form new cryptocurrency.

If there is any other words that fits better than legal, I would have love to include it. Looking at what the ideas the coin seeks to launch into our mindsets, all I can hold on to all this years is that Blockchain technology as a whole only seeks to make life better and easier for everyone all. Why I think Btc and other altcoins are facing oppositions is because everything that will eventually turns out good will at the initial stages seems to not work out. But I know, this is something that everyone will embrace sooner or later.

It's legal only in countries that allowed it to be legal, i mean thats like France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea and etc, but many others banned bitcoin without good reason of that

In some countries bitcoin is considered a crypto currency as a payment system. In another, as a monetary unit. In Japan, bitcoin is a legitimate means of payment.

In most countries, there is a rule that everything that is not prohibited by law is allowed. Therefore, if bitcoin is not regulated by the state and not banned, then it is legal and it can be legally used. True, state and judicial bodies will treat the crypto-currency differently, given the absence of direct regulation.

In my opinion, bitcoin has not been open to legality in almost all countries
and each country has a different habit with bitcoin
they can not prohibit the existence of other bitcoins and cryptoes,

Bitcoin is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks. The legality of your bitcoin activities will depend on who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with it.

I don't see any reason for it to be non-legal. If banks and goverments can't force us to pay for what we get in crypto-sphere - it doesn't mean that is illegal. I think that's a prior right of human being to be free to use any kind of crypto-coins.

Bitcoin is legal in many countries. I can say more. Most countries allow you to legally create a private currency. I can write 10 dollars on paper in marker and claim it as money. It will have no value but it's still technically money.

Doesn't they arrest you as a swindler if you claim anything for a piece of paper with $10 written on it? Bet they will.

So go on the street and make an statement, it is the Future ot everything, the cryptocurrencies i mean. If you want to be part ot that future and change something, so do it! A lot of people don't like Bitcoin because they don't understand it and don't know how to work with it, or could fail their business,  but if they think smart and try to understand it, could change their line of work for good.

Legality Bitcoin depends on the country in which you live. But, even if Germany recently recognized Bitcoin, then I think many countries also recognize it.

The legality on Bitcoin and other crypto currencies depends on where you are and what you wish to do with it. Governments of the world over are trying to get to grips with its risks and rewards, playing the game between consumer protection, anti-criminal activity and encouraging innovation. The risks for Governments can vary, most emerging markets are either heavily anti or pro the use of digital currencies such as Bitcoin but in general western economies are using soft touch principle based regulation to encourage innovation.

In summary, bitcoin is not legal until the government of each country declare it to be.  However, with way things are going, many government of different countries will still join the existing ones to declare it legal.

Bit coin maybe not legal as a tool of payment but bitcoin legal as an investment because many people would like to put their money on it. And then bitcoin as we know in korea, japan, and America bitcoin was legal because they take the taxes from the trading company.so legal or not legal its depends the government regulation on the country.
