Bitcoin is legal in many countries. I can say more. Most countries allow you to legally create a private currency. I can write 10 dollars on paper in marker and claim it as money. It will have no value but it's still technically money.

There is no was bitcoin could be made "illegal" as it's nothing more than a game online where you exchange some points.
Of course, if someone will pay you for these points, so there is a movement of money, you have to justify it.
But at present the situation is very confused, even if in some countries you can have some difficult to exchange bitcoin in fiat money.
But nothing more.

Since officially cryptocurrencies are not forbidden worldwide, bitcoin remains to be legal. But in some countries you can face troubles, yet some governments implement crypto currencies regulations.

From my point of view, it depends on which country you live in right now. If you can buy crypto-currencies freely any time, this may be legal for you. Not all countries are welcome the BTC and alts such as China and we also know that this trend can not be stopped by any country, any person.

This is just a cover for control and management of people. So it was always. You will always be told that they care about your welfare, but in fact they will be enriched at the expense of you. They realized that they can not prohibit bitcoin and try to control it.

Yes the bitcoin is legal but there are only a few countries that it does not use like china because their government will not know and control the profit of the person who is in the state because of the size of their population they can get it. But i think its better if you ask where the bitcoin is legal.Because bitcoin is decentralized and does not belong to the goverment.

Bitcoin is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks. The legality of your bitcoin activities will depend on who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with it.
Yes, there are no law against the bitcoin so it is truth that the bitcoin is good. It only depend on the government because government is one of the enemy of the bitcoin so that's why there are many country that banned the bitcoin because there are many benefits and advantage of bitcoin. Luckily the bitcoin in my country is not legal

It's illegal in some countries but there is no such thing that could judge bitcoin as an illegal. Name one of the illegal thing that bitcoin do? The illegal thing is the activity that users do, such like criminal activity using bitcoin.

Indeed, Legality of Bitcoin will depend upon the users on how they going to use the crypto currencies in which some will use it for their self interest agenda like to use the coins to money laundering, drugs, smuggling and to scam people in which the victims will gonna accuse Bitcoin is illegal and the countries will gonna think twice if they will legalize Bitcoin or declared it illegal.

If currently there aren't any laws for Bitcoin doesn't mean that it is illegal. In the coming years laws are going to be made and they will be used to regulate the cryptocurrencies and that should give Bitcoin the legal tag. But there are laws currently in draft in many countries such as Japan, South Korea, Thailand, etc. which are going to make Bitcoin legal in those countries.

btc is of course legal, but illegal thing s are the illegal transaction that being made using bitcoins. We all know internet is vast and unprotected. btc can be use as another method for corruption. some countries r minimizing the usage of btc or banning it since they can`t regulate it and transaction online can be really hard to find for them.

currently bitcoin is still unclear but for a country that has advanced financial conditions they have legalized bitcoin not only that in the country have started using bitcoin as a legal means of payment. so in my opinion there are still a few who state legal bitcoin and for in some other countries still have not legalized bitcoin.

I think it depends on which country you are living in. I am from Nepal and here cryptocurrency trading is illegal. But other countries like Russia, USA are embracing it but with efforts to bring regulations. I think cryptocurrency is not illegal. It is real and the blockchain is more real. The new invention will bring about change in the lives of people. Sooner or later the world will accept it.
