If there is consensus on a particular asset as a mean of payment by large group of people spread across a country and the world such asset like bitcoin become legal for those that uses it. Bitcoin is a legal and the government all over the world knows it.

It depends on what country are you living on. In my country, bitcoin has been regulated by the central bank and now making some regulations with it. I like how our central bank accepts cryptocurrency. Instead of banning it, they accepted it because they see the positive sides of it and not the negatives. Although they accepted it, they don't forget to give some advice from us..
Depends on which country it is being used. Some countries do not allow cryptocurrencies, some have no regulations regarding it, and some are allowed and utilized by the government. My country, for example, has no laws regarding it which is why we can freely use it. As far as I can remember, a newspaper says that in my country, the government it starting to consider its uses and applications. My opinion about this is neutral. It could lead to a good thing or a bad thing, however I am glad that my country is already recognizing cryptocurrencies as asset.

Right, I agree with your post and as long I can use bitcoin to get profit and alternative payment is enough for me. Every country has different policy about bitcoin and nothing we can change about it. I believe most of us really not care about legal or not, as long profitable they will take the chance. Not impossible bitcoin become legal around the world, just need time and we'll see it happen.

In the majority of countries that the bitcoin still be considered as an illegal thing. Like you said about the fact that the legalism of bitcoin depends on where you live.
In some countries bitcoin still in the grey area just like 3rd countries which still need to consider the bitcoin as a threat or they can manage it into the active income to the taxation.

At this point in time, I would consider it legal.
Yes that right the legalitas of Bitcoin depend on the country where we stay. In my country Indonesia, Bitcoin not regulated yet so goverment not allowed using Bitcoin to make transaction for good and service. But in fact many kafe and restaurant here accepted Bitcoin for payment good and service. So that mean this technology can not stop by anyone.
