Bitcoin is a safe place to invest, and investors' money is well kept, and there are plenty of wealthy Bitcoin builders, so we do not have to worry about it happening. Fraud or risk of loss, Bitcoin only dangerous when an investor does not have enough knowledge but still engaged in buying and selling.
The question requires a simple answer as Bitcoin is trust worthy and has been catching the attention of people more and more. Bitcoin security is in your own hands, to secure your wallet password. How secure is your wallet?

The network of bitcoins, as a rule, is safe, despite the fact that it is peer-to-peer. From time to time, there are security problems, however, this is usually due to errors on the part of the user. The network can rarely be compromised. Whenever there is a security problem (although this rarely happens), the question is usually resolved immediately.

I think it is only secure at a certain level but not entirely, just like everything else on the internet. Nonetheless, I think it's security level is enough for me to be here and take part in the system itself.
I believe and i am confident that bitcoin is really secure because for me ever since bitcoin was started bitcoin is totally helping a lot of people to change there life very well and i dont heard any negative things on bitcoin and for me if depnd on us on how we will secured our coin.

For me yes, I think bitcoin is really safe. Nobody can steal bitcoin if you using it caring.
The thing is bitcoin blockchain is safe, but your client not totally secured.

bitcoin can be stolen like any other asset if you don't care about security. and many people don't care about it until it's too late.

Yes, of course Bitcoin is secure enough. As long as you are careful about its security, the chances of its loss are very low. So it is important to choose a secure wallet to keep bitcoin.

In my opinion, Bitcoin is very safe. Why is it safe? because I can keep my personal data well and in a very safe place not known by anyone. If hackers want to break into bitcoin through blockchain, I think that's impossible, because I think Blockchain is the safest system for bitcoin transactions. Why ? because if hackers want to break into bitcoin, he should be able to hack millions of servers in the blockchain simultaneously. If you have more answers please give feedback.  Cheesy

if you say safe not in my opinion. your wallet may be gassed by irresponsible parties. so we must really carry my wallet that we have, maybe it's in my opinion not safe because I have experienced loss of coins and harm me

Many people are doubting the security of using bitcoin. Actually safe or not bitcoin depending coarsely speaking the owner or the adherent, if the owner does not use each and every one the security facilities provided from the wallet provider yes maybe the security will be easily cracked by others, but if instead the security far exceeds any bank because of transparency transaction enormously deferential. It may be that many people are skeptical approximately bitcoin security that the running within a fan's come clean has not legalized the appearance of bitcoin thus that if something happens to a devotee's bitcoin subsequently the supervision can not understand answerability.

If you carefully studied everything about the block system, then you should understand that it is impossible to break into the block, as your wallet can not be hacked either. Now if you pass your passwords from a purse to another person, then you can suffer. Blocking is all users and that it would be necessary to hack all users to hack the system.

Just because it hasn't been done doesn't mean it's impossible. That said, Bitcoin certainly has a great track record so far, and much better than the competition, as others have pointed out above.

As for wallets, depending on what you're using, some can and have been known to be vulnerable to a variety of attacks in the past - take, for example, the "recent" JSONRPC vulnerability in Electrum (only finally patched in version 3.0.5).

Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers

Bitcoin is more secure than most existing financial services, including legacy banking platforms like SWIFT, which has been compromised repeatedly by hackers.

No investment is completely safe even less than in a cryptocurrency that has no legal value and in almost all countries is not regulated

Yes bitcoin is really secure. no one can steal bitcoin, except for our own carelessness. Smiley
The government can not be that easy to ban bitcoin transactions, because bitcoin is the future.

Security is high in bitcoin. Yet, security can not be guaranteed since technology is related here.Hackers can hack bitcoin wallet.Yet, bitcoin is more safe than any other currency. It is decentralized so no government can not control it.

bitcoin system is safe. no hackers hack the bitcoin system that is blockchain. bitcoin can be used by everyone, of course, there is no obligation or authority of someone to block bitcoin, therefore all the crime bitcoin can be done by anyone. and if the government forbids bitcoin does not matter, maybe the government has its own idea why prohibit bitcoin.

Bitcoin is very secure, if we use web wallet then often replace email address and phone number for second verification is a good thing, let alone Xapo web wallet which now oblige intall user application in android and connected on web so it is very safe.
Yeah right, I just use web wallet from blockchain and xapo and for more than 2 years I use it all no problem, most importantly we verify with real data and enable 2FA and if necessary we can keep in Vault.

As far as i know Bitcoin is really secure. Thanks to its proof of work and proof of stake consensus mechanism. these consensus secure the bitcoin blockchain from issues like double spending and attacks like 51%. As long as you are not sharing your private keys with anyone Bitcoin is really secure.
