Is possible but i think we will not see this month a big grow, maybe next month we can see at least 8000-9000$ for bitcoin. All we need to do until then is to get more bitcoins if possible and hold what we already have. I will hold for a long time but i think we need more people to hold and if they put on sell put a higher price.

Experts claim Bitcoin could be on the verge of a bull run. Read why they think the market will begin growing exponentially and when is expected to happen so you can prepare your portfolio: https://cryptocoin.news/news/is-bitcoin-setting-up-for-a-bull-run-20800/

Do you think this will happen in 2019?
I do not think so; the Bitcoin’s situations seem stable and still the same as were before few months. We cannot say anything exactly due to the volatility and instability but it has only one solution that is to ignore predictions or future value but to live with present. However, if it is a bull run in future we do not know exactly what will be the future price and that is why good and bad consequences exists as a result.
We cannot say a single thing in the moment actually. From few indicators, the market has been moving sideways while some such as the MACD, is showing some bullish crossover, the market look oversold across all time frame with the momentum indicator, the market has been holding up at $6k for a while now, and the psychology aspect to that is that the bears are getting weak in the market, but that is just an assumption until we see a clear sign upward, so at the moment now, we will just have to be patient to see the position the market will be turning to, anytime soon.

it seems that not necessarily the price of bitcoin will be bull run for this year because I see this event is almost the same as a few years ago when the price of bitcoin experienced a very high price increase then it will go into a correction period and will rise again when the price correction is over.

Compared to experts, I believe in whale/shark or cryptocurrency creators, isn't it? Because they can use huge amounts of money to control trends, but experts can only rely on mouth analysis!

We are at the deepest dip of the trend, meaning the recovery is not yet seen when it is starting, and the idea of the bullrun in year 2019 is not totally 100% sure. For me the recovery is too slow to be said that theres a bullrun happens in the year 2019. Only time can tell when it is soon to start.
Bull Run may start in the upcoming few months as we know that value of it has taken long to recover but that did not happen and we have still time or the opportunity to become a part of Bitcoin’s market by investing here. Even if the value is not setting up for Bull Run nearly then the only solution we have is to hold all our coins for future in order to sell it in bull market. Selling process should take place in a market where there you can make a fine or excellent profit.

bitcoin is not yet on the "verge" of a bull run but it is moving towards the bull run. in other words we are currently taking the first steps towards the series of rallies which will end up with a new set of all time highs and will eventually end up with a new ATH and a new bubble.

in any market it has always been like this after a bubble. specially when the asset is still growing and being adopted. after the correction we need a stable phase like this for the market to recover and then begin the rises slowly and then eventually end up with big cash flow in.
I don’t know why everyone want bull run nevertheless they know that there is no or very low demand in the market for bitcoin. Price is not increasing to this due and still some foolish people think that there would be a bull run in the last couple of months. Can anybody tell me what will happen in the next two months that the price will bump like the previous one?
Bull run is not even something that will happen all of a sudden the way some people are assuming and speculating it. It takes time and it will indeed take time before we will start seeing any serious bull run in this space. Some times, a lot of people tend to mix up the idea of a normal uptrend to a bull run, but bull runs are usually strong spikes and huge increase in percentage within a short period of time. We are still in a very huge speculative environment and that has really put a lot of people into that mentality of wanting a bull run by all means so they can start hitting big money without being patient for it.

I agree that it takes more time for the bull run to happen, and I believed that someday at random date this year we will see pumps to become unstoppable. Those speculative ideas may came over and I guess we're tired enough to hear those words many times whatsoever. We tend to believe for that bull run to come, but not to a certain point that it was set-up and rather it will happen once huge investors also be part of this growing economy of digital currency.

Let's be honest here. Most people have done their buying already, and the rookies who bought around the peak last year still hold their coins in the hope that we'll see a recovery. In other words, the market is full of potential sellers.

It's full of potential sellers, but also potential buyers as well. That's why trading the breakout is so important here. Such a tight, long term range implies there are lots of traders or investors to be squeezed when the market starts trending in either direction.

For example, shorts outnumber longs right now by far. Everyone who accumulated shorts over the past several months will be chasing the price upwards if bulls can break and close above the August pivot.

Overall, I'm neutral. Sentiment around here seems hopeful and bullish. That's a bearish indicator. But shorts are quite high (longs not so much). That's a bullish indicator. No opinion on the technicals until I see a range break.......

most of them times these people whom you call "experts" are no more than newbies trying to gain some fame and make themselves be heard or sometimes try to manipulate the masses into something that benefits them.

right now we have no reason to expect a bull run in short term. there will be a big bull run eventually and price will hit a new ATH, possibly near $100k this time but the start of it is not clear.
New ATH at $100k seems too exaggerated for me, anyway, i know nothing about of this so-called bull run on when it is coming but one thing i'm sure of is that it won't reach $100k this year not even on the next year. That price seems too high to catch up but is worthy if you sell your bitcoin that you bought at it's cheapest price than today.

According to Technical analysis, at the end of 2018 or at the beginning of 2019 the trend will reverse. We are looking for a bottom at the moment and looks like 5.7k USD is our bottom. Even we can go below this level I think the recovery will be quick and then we are going to start next bull run.
By the way, the bull run does not mean a new all-time high in 1-2 month. Bull run means the trend start to go up (higher highs and higher lows) of course all-time high will come.
As far as I am concerned, the trend will reverse when it is set to reverse and one thing I am pretty sure right now is that however the market turns out, it is something no one could have actually known exactly what it would be.

Sure, the sentiment for the last quarter of the year is usually always bullish, but at the same time, we still have to consider that fact that this is the cryptocurrency space, very unpredictable and the only thing we can mostly do at times, is to watch how events get to unfold at the end which for now, that is an event that no one is certain about when it comes to the possibilities of bullish activities.

the bullrun isn't coming yet. it may never be coming until etf is decided not approved.
We never needed an ETF to rally, and we certainly don't need one right now. All we need is patience to let the market bottom out properly, because I'm not sure if it already has with how people keep holding tight.

It may very well be that we in the coming months will face another shakeout, all to get rid of those still believing in a bull run this year, and those virtually under water who are on the brink of selling their coins to cut losses.

Let's be honest here. Most people have done their buying already, and the rookies who bought around the peak last year still hold their coins in the hope that we'll see a recovery. In other words, the market is full of potential sellers.

Next year might gonna be surprising for everyone, I'm pretty sure crypto will have a magical trend which could have a huge different of what we have experience right now. The entire market is still bleeding and ain't gonna recover for this year, it takes months for that and 2019 might be lucky for us.

the price of btc seem stable at a such range, it will seesaw for god knows how long. the bullrun isn't coming yet. it may never be coming until etf is decided not approved. its a news that will affect price, i don't think bulls will start rallying unless the finance firms are going to pump the crypto,  but i'm hopping they will.  Grin

Well most people are expecting a bull run to get us back to close to ath levels though i don't think we'll be touching that point anytime soon.  Bull run to end the year could at least get us decently at 10k and a lot of people would be a little happy with that. It's been down hill for most of 2018 and people could use a good end run to bridge 2019.
As long as it pump or double its price now, i will be more thsn hapoy. It doesnt matter if they make new ATH. But a liitle increase will be helpful to continue trusting it.

I was watching some youtube videos yesterday, youtuber that isn't so popular and he is making the same predictions. I admire the analysis that he conveys but I'm not going to depend with those anymore. No one holds the market and what's going to happen, no one really knows and no one can tell. The same words has been heard few months ago and some already failed and stopped predicting. But logically, I'm sure that many of us are waiting for the reversal.
I also admit that the future is hidden and nobody knows what will happen next. Prediction often gives wrong ideas about the future of bitcoin price and therefore I never believe in predictions no matter who is the predictor. How can one give future price nevertheless he doesn’t know the trend of the market and people’s mind what they want and what they expect from bitcoin.
