Thanks to PointPay I can participate in bounty campaign that is paying its bounty participants in Ethereum tokens.
But this campaign ends next year, hope that Ethereum will survive this long period.
Such good bounties are rare to come by. Paying in ETH helps the project to save the project tokens for investors and also save bounty hunters from the blame of dumping the tokens after listing. But this campaign ends next year, hope that Ethereum will survive this long period.
If I compare 2017 years bounty to 2019 years then like lot of difference because their is no profitable bounty since of this year 2019. Even you can choose a good project for collecting more token and utile hold come back bullrun market situation.
A lot in cryptocurrency market think bounty campaign become not profitable this year.

Agree, i think the campaigns become not too profitable since many ICOs failed to raised enough funds.
We cannot rely just on bounty campaign to gain profit in this market situation.
Trading some good coins may help us to gain more profit.
Obviously the whole altcoin sector has suffered a sudden brake, also because of the scams that have been there.
It did, bounty hunting in the past cannot be compared to the present, because in the past, we have a lot of ICO projects that are able to successfully raise funds (whether scams or legit), and that makes bounty hunting so rewarding and we can sell at a good price due to the demand.
Scams were only notice when BTC took a hit, while drop slowly going to sub 3K, and because of that, the whole market was affected and that makes investors fear to invest, with that, bounty hunting is not anymore profitable if we expect a good reward like in the past.
And then the merit system has made it inconvenient to waste time writing messages that nobody reads. But a little cleaning was done. We'll see.
This is a different thing, it does not affect the bounty hunting profitability, the system is their for good reason and we can't change that as it's an effective measures against account farmers.
I do not agree with you on this matter. There are many bounty campaigns that are more profitable. All.me is one of them. All.me was launched some five months ago, and is doing very good in the market. Its price has increased by more than 1000 percent and it is holding onto that price for the past three months.
That is one project among the hundreds of projects that come in 2019. Most of IEC failed and that's a fact.let's talk overall according to the topic that the OP gave in this thread.
The market is going down and this is also hard for bounty hunters. Good projects and the quality is less and the bonus is becoming less and less. There are projects that cause us to be scammed and not receive any money at all. The market is very wide, so look carefully as there are many things to make money.

so far, so good. bounty campaign may not have been highly profitable enough to everyone''s expectation but if you will look outside the present general market value, it is still profitable. bounty reward value is affected by the dump, while it is delivered with prospective values, if we can wait a little more, most of the low token now has great value when the bear is over.
Well it depends on the kind of project you are participating in. I would say bounty campaign isn't that profitable or lucrative as it used to be sometime ago due to fraudulent activities but I think you can still earn something from a great campaign.
Bounties ain't that profitable as it used to be but still profitable depending on the type of bounty projects you decide to promote. There are a lot of bounty projects out there but only few are legit and without proper research to determine which one i legit or not, you will keep promoting scam projects and gain nothing from it but doing a real research on a project which is legi and promoting it is quite profitable.
It depends on the project because nowadays the EIO and ICO are just turning to scam mostly and also they are running some bounties of it, well some of the bounties are profitable if the project is alive and kicking in terms on prices and development

I've been doing bounty companies for a long time and now there are few good projects, but sometimes you can find a profitable bounty
This depends on how the bounty campaign program, if a lot of bounty campaigns are created and a lot of successful bounty campaigns, then the bounty campaign is still said to be profitable, and the current condition of the bounty campaign is not too profitable because there are few successful bounty campaign projects.
for now, I haven't found too many profitable bounty campaigns, because most likely the reason is that there aren't so many really successful projects to date. but, of course, it's still worth it, because some projects succeed with their projects and pay bounty hunters. it's just, the pay isn't as big as 2017. but if current projects are successful with their bounty hunters, it will be a good result this year.

If you ever bump to a good project one of the problem that you'll encounter is the market condition. Well-established coins like btc and eth (the main pair of the exchanges) are not doing well nowadays so it has an impact if you want to trade your bounty tokens.

It depends on the project you choose. Many projects about Stablecoin like USDQ, Digital Gold Stablecoin,... are very good. You can get more money from there.

From last year until now I still continue to follow the bounty but I still haven't found a bounty payment for 2016-2017. Last year and this year the fee from the bounty was very small and even then sometimes I didn't get paid. So if asked whether it is profitable or not I think it is still profitable only if compared to 2016-2017 it is very different. And indeed must be selective in choosing a bounty because many are also scams.
