I think both and Ethereum and Bitcoin are now at support line and their price is cheap. So its time to buy ETH at price no lower of $430 and to buy BTC at price no lower of $6000.

Compare to previous value of Eth I could say Eth is in his lower form or value. One posible reason is the crypto world is shaking up and down. I guess that it affect not just the value of eth and btc but also all the altcoins.
In my pinion, even when ethereum was by over thousand of dollars, it was also cheap. You think i am crazy? So just think about it what ethereum created. They have a smart contract plattform. If you look actually how many projects are build on them, you cant count that high. They are of course a lot of unecessary projects their no question. But they are also a lot of high potential projects who are build on that plattform. So if they one are running and used by companys and the mainstream people, the price of thereum will go up like crazy!

I am neutral towards this topic. I don't think that is is too high and I definitely don't think that it is too low if we look for the market conditions right now. I can conclude that every coin is low right now and so is ETH. That is why it is going fine according to the current conditions. It might be cheap to buy but definitely not cheap enough to get dumped.
