$ 500 is not a good price to buy? I think this is a good price
It is not very cheap but Yes price is low now. I believe this is a good time to buy ETH. The price is reducing but within few months (Within this year) I believe it will rise to the a moon again. The reduction of BTC has caused mainly for this and also we can see lot of scam projects running over the Eth platform. However this is the best time to invest on some ETH and all you have to do is waiting until it's price goes high.
It looks like his price for next month will not go down, if not feared down in the later is more people who mine the bitcoin or eth

now it is cheap and can dip more if btc reach to 5k usd so if it dip below 400usd that will be the right time to start accumulating it . you can start buying ether from 450 usd and spread the order . all time high for ether was 1300USD so 70% dip is good enough to start accumulation .
you can buy other alts also like NEO , however keep checking bitcoin movement also bcoz alts are affected in dip very badly .

I do not consider ETH very cheap at current, it is well above 500$, considers it be little more than average. I bought some ETH value when it was around below $400, and again consider buying when it will such range.
