I think Ethereum will not be able to rise to the first position, because I see the task of Ethereum is to always keep the position of Bitcoin in the first rank.

I think the price of the bitcoin will be getting higher and higher in the future, but the market value of etherium may go beyond the bitcoin, because the total amount of etherium is not limited now.
If we based in today's situation, there are lack of chances that ethereum will surpass bitcoin but we can't predict it to the future.
We can't really deny the fact that ETH is far ahead of bitcoin in terms of applicability. That is the reason why almost 90% of the ICOs are using ETH to release their smart contracts and to raise funds for their business. We have other coins as well with the similar capability but ETH took the first spot in that. However, according to the market cap, bitcoin holds the first spot since inception. So it is hard say anything at this point. Bitcoin is not going down anytime soon, so an wise investor will hold both of these coins to get the benefits.
But Chinese government is not at all friendly to the crypto currency. So the ranking released by them may have some impact within the local market, but not internationally. Bitcoin continues to rule!
Yes, you are right guy. Never do I think that Chinese government support cyptocurrency and I think that everyone knows it. Although, as things stands, bitcoin maybe rank below ethereum, but it’s just temporary and do you think that it’s too early to conclude this. We all know that crypto market brings a big volatile, everything will change fast and currently. I believe in bitcoin that it’s the best ever. As a rule, bitcoin wil have a rise on it rank again. The strongest competitor of bitcoin at the moment is indeed my ethereum sense. Maybe sometime in the future ethereum can beat bitcoin if ethereum continue to get support from investors and enthusiasts.
ethereum supply is x5 more than bitcoin supply , so surpassing btc even in current scenario will make ethereum market cap around 700b USD which is much more than current marketcap .
so at least for coming 3-4 years I don't think ether value will be close to even 25% of btc price . even in that case it will 1st rank coin . it can happen only in scenario like any country announce ether as its official currency . it is just example .

These are very speculative questions. It is impossible to say for sure what will happen. It is possible only to guess. Especially that the current crypto currency market is in a growing bubble.

That analyzation based on the technical valuation from every project. Remember bitcoin is a bit different because it was built to be the payment protocol system and it has not supported any technology just like smartcontract which help you to create the dapps in the platform. A good rating, I'm a fan of ETH and I like everything here. I think that in a few years ETH will be more expensive than bitcoin. But I do not understand why bitcoin is so far in the ranking? Is bitcoin lose it's reign on ethereum?

It is not fair rating. Verge for example has very big problems with security and it can't be in first 20. Of course we should understand that Bitcoin is the most decentralized and the most safety cryptocurrency but that rating does not take it into account.
It is very hard for eth to surpass btc especially when it comes to its value, but let us not close the opportunity for eth to do it so... maybe in the next few years eth will start to boom and its price will surpass btc's. But for now, it is very hard for eth to reach btc because btc has many investors and many people who are using it, eth will need to do a lot of work.
Although ethereum has a better ranking of bitcoin in terms of exchange and has good potential, but to get past the bitcoin price and get a position one seems hard to get ethereum. Not impossible can be obtained by ethereum, but it seems still too fast for ethereum. But I believe ethereum can reach higher prices every year, because ethereum is one of the strong coins of interest and price. But my prediction, if ethereum can still be consistent in price increases and enthusiasts then ethereum can reach half the current price of ethereum within 4 years.
