Not all countries are corrupt but mostly of the countries do have corrupt government official. I guess there are more corrupt politicians that belongs to the third world country or those poor countries. Somehow those develop countries have good leadership and have good education like japan. They create a society that is full of harmony and peace in fact tokyo city of japan is the number 1 most safe city in the world. So if ever given a chance to travel abroad then I will choose Japan as my destination. Hopefully the leaders of my country could devise a system which is similar to japan, their education specifically that I like the most.

Don't be corruption at the highest levels, this would not have been - because they would be real control.All countries are now mired in corruption, which is incredibly sad.I honestly hope it someday will end

every country is not corrupt but the rate of corruption may vary.

yes every countryis really corrupt.because every governments mind very poor. they didn't work for country. they work for their family and business.

The death penalty had an impact, if I am not wrong. I would not say that China is free from corruption. I would not even say that the corruption rates there are below the global average. But after the high profile politicians were executed for taking bribes many years ago, the incidence of corruption seems to have gone down by quite a bit.

No, because you would not see a wealthy country like Japan and Canada if every countries are  corrupt. There are also a very corrupt system led by the president and another one is that it only consists of a group of high ranking politicians.

I think most countries are corrupt, it's just in human nature. If there is a chance to enrich, many of us would take bribes. In China, the death penalty was imposed for large bribes for officials, however, they are not stopped.

Most humans are corrupt however most humans do not have the power to actually do anything that bad. The ones who do have the power usually are corrupt because it's really hard for any human being to control himself when you achieve a lot of power. So yeah, every country is really corrupt but only because humans are usually corrupt specially when they have the tools and power to do so.

We cannot says/determined if it is corrupt country because it depends how the government manage that country.
