I dont want to judge other countries,because i dont leave there and i dont know how their government is.But in my country i think yes it is a corrupt country,it depends also in the government officials some are good and other are bad.
We really cannot generalize all countries to be corrupt unless if we have tried being under the government of all countries. Only the people who are there, the ones with first hand experience can confirm that.
I'm sure that corruption is not about even country. Our world is corrupted from the beggining because people are greed and selfish animal who always need to get more.
In every country there is more corruption than we see. But there is a hugh difference between countries. I think a good indicator of how corrupt a country is is whether the police accept cash when they give fines.

Corruption could be everywhere. It's how corrupt a country will results to how progressive they are. A progressive country like Singapore has minimal issues about corruption. It's difficult to combat corruption as it's flows to the system.

Education makes a major difference. Well-educated people are less likely to be fooled and they will think twice before paying the bribes. On the other hand, the uneducated can be easily fooled by the officials and they will end up paying bribes where there is no need to pay.

I do not think that every country in this world are corrupt , most countries maybe are corrupt and i can say that one of the corrupt country in this world is our country. Because government officials steals taxes people for their own pleasure and enjoyment in life. The money of the people is being taken by our government officials to have their own life at ease. Many people here in our country are poor and lacks of food. Because the money that has been donated by other countries for the poor people has been taken by our government.

Talking about Country Corruption.... remeber its people that makes up this countries. I wouldnt say all countries are corrupt cos some still maintain their integrity. Its just few people amongst them that screw it up
Corruption starts from home. As a kid, you are taught that if you do this you will get that. They grow up hearing such things and that is how their mentality becomes. After they become adult they start behaving the same way and bribe people to get the easier way out of the things and it spoils everything.
I don't think so if every country is corrupt, but all the people I think they are thinking that their own country was surrounds with many corrupt government officials.

It's the same story in my country... I think it's because politicians have power and many opportunities to put money in their pockets. Most of them are corrupt and have some secrets and so when they become corrupt one time they stay that way. When someone honest comes and refuses money a hundert times the corrupt ones find something with greater value than money...

No government is perfect so my answer to that question is yes. As to how corrupt a country is, we have no idea.
i dont know also but i think its depends who is administrate the country because almost the corruption is in happen in the administration... and all high rank or official has a strength to corrupt ^_^
