Denmark, along with New Zealand and Finland, is the world's most corruption-free country based on Corruption Perceptions Index made by Transparency International. Meanwhile, Afghanistan, North Korea and Somalia became the most corrupt countries due to the history of the long-running conflict. When Denmark reaches a value of 90 out of 100, two-thirds of the world's 176 countries are below the 50 mark. Transparency International also places Denmark as the most transparently governed country. Of course, transparency contributes greatly to the administration of a clean government. Law enforcement is ensured by a government transparency system that makes it easy for Danish citizens to oversee. And, as an implication, legal certainty makes the business climate conducive and ultimately drives the quality of life of the Danish economy.
Corruption is an integral part of democracy and liberalism. it does not exist by itself.

Property rights are well defined and adequately protected to some extent in our countries; this is mainly due to corruption and lengthy judicial procedures.

For me is definitely yes, that's a nature of humans Now a day!!! 
I would not go to the extend in saying that corrupt practices are ingrained within the basic human nature. But people with low ethics and morals have a tendency to accept bribes. No amount of education or awareness can eradicate this behavior from these sort of people, as I am witnessing in India on a daily basis.
corruption is the main reason why people experience shortage or sometimes leading to poverty. it is by the doings of people in the position. every nation has a corrupt official so i guess every country is corrupt. leaders of those nations has not something to do with it. members sometimes even the lowest position in the government is sometimes corrupting. just like the non-government organizations, barangay officials. if there is not corruption in the country there will be no poor people. and it will lead to the success of ones nation.

In my opinion I think some are not. By Looking at the way they handle the government assets I thuink they are all in good hands. From free education to free hospitalization I can say that these countries are brilliant in managing their government money and making the most out of it.
I think all country have suffering from corruption by the politicians that they have .some of the politician are corrupt .Corruption is hard to removed from the government and politician .

Anywhere in this world have corruption,and this is the big problem that it is very difficult to solve for each country.But then many of the countries have solved it, right? Go to Japan or Switzerland, and you will find that corruption is practically nonexistent there. One of the reasons is that the citizens of these nations are not very tolerant to corruption. On the other hand, you can visit third world nations such as India which are sinking in corruption. The difference here is that the people, are more tolerant to corruption and are used to paying bribes to get things done.

There is corruption in every country and nation. It's hard to get rid of them, it's
a never ending cycle. Once a corrupt official is caught another will just take his
or her place, and if one sector is exposed and cleansed another sector or department
will exploit and corrupt. There are a lot of good people and politicians in countries
but most of the corrupt are seated in power and are always elusive until it's too late.
