Everybody keeps on saying scam scam scam for all of these ICO's. 90% of them are crap, yes. BUT there is the 10% of them, like vector, who are absolutely not scams. They are good projects that will really help the crypto community grow and its not fair to call an ICO a scam until you have actually researched it and you are sure it is a scam.

Just my two satoshis...

Of course, there is a good ICO! First, if they were not, people would not invest their money (only large speculators for HYIP). Secondly, there are people who are simply interested and want to do something new and good in their life! In the end, the ICO expects a change (settlement), because there are more and more scammers ... it's true.

Nope, not every ICO is a scam. When pre-ICO starts you must investigate through the plan of the organization you want to invest your coins to. Read a lot of reviews and with your readiness to take a step into the promising project that will maybe fulfill what you are hoping for, you can maybe get into the project that is not a scam. I know that many of developers are just waiting for human sheep to invest some money into their false projects but on the other hand, there are many developers that have interesting projects that are shown in pre-ICO that are worth investing in!

Yes, I agree with you. There are many people who don't research clearly said that all ICOs are scams. I don't believe that. Look Spectre, this is a really potential project. I definitely that it is not a scam.

Of course not, just some of them are scam projects which want to scam money from new investors in ICO. The main way to find out which project is scam is check their ETH address to see if it really has the amount of ETH they said or not cause there are a lot of ICO projects said that they get 500k$ or 1M$ in just few days but when I checked their ETH address I see 0 balance Smiley)

Definitely not. Neo also appeared with ico but the final situation is obvious. It is necessary to devote a lot of time and detail to understand whether ICOs are fake. I believe that many companies who have set out with ICO will do great things in the future

Nope not every ICO is a scam but most of them are scam and also many of the ICO are going to fail as they don't seem to be promising and are just trying to get some hands on the money. If you want to invest in ICOs make sure that the coin your are investing in is legit and can be good investment by researching about the team, their cap value and read about that coin just to make clear that the coin in legit and has potential to grow.
Maybe some of them but not all, i think the reason why some of them became a scam because their project is not successful. Perhaps before you join in there project or invest in some ICO you must read there website also read there aim and goal if the concept is over promising it is scam, but if not then make a research about it then invest to it.

Try to not invest into ico's that are clearly over promising or use a concept that sounds like it's too good to be true.

Most people shouting scams is because they did not do their research well and they have probably been dealt with by scammers at some point. That is what happens when you do not do your due diligence in the ICO world.

Definitely, there are lots of scam ICOs and there are lots of legitimate ones too. It is like a wide ocean with good fish and poisonous ones, so you just have to know how to filter them out. it is normal for startups to fail, and we have to admit that some of these projects will not survive even though they did not even start out as scams.

Not every, but in these days I guess more that %70 is scam. EThbook is a good example for them. Try not to enter ICO because of long waiting times to enter exchange and several ICO is lower value on exchange because of bounty hunters and bitcoin movement. So try good research before participating to a bounty.

There are some ICOs are scam but before you invest in ICO project spend some time to check first the white paper, roadmap and flatform they had. Also check their member if always active if have a social media account. You cannot get scam if you careful in choosing ICO to join and invest, but mostly of ICOs project now are good nothing to worry.

No, every ico not scam. Some ICO cant get success. But not all. It sometimes cant get thier target fill up. So you cant direct Every ICO scam. Profitable coin will grow high and get success.
Yes not all Ico are Scam, this is the reasons why before we invest in Ico we have to thoroughly check best ICo. We have to verify the legit ones that in the end it will give a profit or return of income of your investment.
As mentioned every ico is a scam. Even the scam ico shows a positive signs of growth and in unexpected time the entire team runs away. We cannot make a claim anywhere else, why such ICO's were getting into existence is still a unknown mystery. Because the project gains good support and it has also gained expected investment capital, then what's the need of cheating the investors.
