No, what I meant was he can get some help from the manager to talk to FJ's Representative, that's a lot way easier than waiting for a response through emails,... It's not I'm saying that the manager should resolve the issue.
I do not think that Campiagn manager can solve the issues related to the FJ site. A manager can only resolve issues which are related to the campaign, so better not mix the both things.

Or maybe someone has gotten your infos from other sites, devices and used it to create an account.Besides I don't think they'll scam anyone just for a mere 60bucks. Since they introduced sports betting something dubious has happened with this site. I'm not saying it's a scam, I just want an answer to the 5 emails I sent it. I want to see the proof, another user, the same pc/laptop, ip, it doesn't matter

They didn't give me an explanation and they didn't show me a single proof that I had done something wrong. I wait for 3 days, I bet they will not answer anymore, they didn't even give me back my deposit.
Why would you say they didn't give you an explanation -- they gave you a pretty lengthy and thorough explanation. Obviously they want you to contact them. Did you try doing that? Why would you wait for 3 days after they explicitly told you not to? Regardless, you absolutely should contact them. Your first response shouldn't be taking to this forum to complain about them and call them thieves.

I think everyone wants to say that it was a good site but lately they started blocking accounts without explaining exactly the problem, just showing paragraphs on the site.
On a simple search you will see that there are many complaints, especially 2019. They follow blockchain transactions, even look up to phone numbers used on google.
If you win a lot it follows a real nightmare, skype verification, selfie, etc
It still cannot be considered a scam but you have to be careful playing small amounts, at large amounts you will have problems, however they hide after the coin transactions and you have nothing to do
