What kind of problems are you referring to? I have played on FJ for 6 months and have never had any problems. Games work fine, good support and I always get the help I need. The fact they have been around for a while makes it even more comfortable. Then they also are quite active here on the forum which is very good!

And to answer your question, yes, they are legit and they pay in time. I am not defending them because I am working with them. But they are doing their best to improve their site for the better. Even their support team are quite helpful.

My personal experience, I do not have any issues with FJ. They always pay me for whatever it is, I do not turn a blind eye to community complaints against them. What is clear is that only FJ is entitled to give an official statement to make it clear. On the other hand I have been comfortable playing inside because I think FJ is a legitimate site and I have never experienced any problems with their site.

There is actually no platform that can be perfect and one way or the other there may be some few complaints or the other, here and there, but with FJ at least for me, I have never had an issue in anyway and even if I do not gamble much, except once in a while if I just want to play out some few stuffs out of some little boredom or to change activities, I have never had a single issue with them. Also, this is an old platform which still has it going good for it, so that alone on its own stands for a good reputation.

which is absolutely normal for any gambling site, but with respect to legitimacy and prompt payment, there has been no issue and it has been smooth. This is one of the gambling sites that have been reputable for a while coupled with some few other ones, and so far has been in the game for long.

Thanks @rizkyhiw, If Fortune Jack is not paying their user based, they will not this far. They have been in the on line gambling for many years now and still one of the most established and trusted sites.

Of course if they are holding withdrawals, they have their own reasons. Just maybe they found that users might be cheating and its pretty obvious that not just Fortune Jack or online casinos, but land based casinos as well to check if everything is legit before paying the players. Many of us has been with other casinos as well, but remain with Fortune Jack because they are still paying as of today.

But just as what other businesses, when you are on top, someone will try to bring you down, coming up will all accusations you can find in the book.

No need to be grateful, I just write down what my experience during playing in FJ and I think FJ is a very good gambling site. Perhaps these guys suffered a lot of defeat and lack of strategy in playing so they blamed FJ's side as a scummy gambling site Cool

I've been with FJ since 2014 or so. Basically slightly after it's inception and I've never had any issues or know of any verified fraud attempts.

Lately what is going on is this.

That large Bitcoin mixer website went out of business due to Feds closing in.

Since then many people have been using gambling sites as a way to mix their BTC since most gambling sites don't do any KYC or need to have verified accounts.

So people would deposit 10BTC, make 1 bet and try and withdraw right away. These types of behavior gets flagged for manual approved and the BTC deposit needs to be traced to determine if it didn't come illegally.

Fortunejack isn't the only gambling site with these issues. Primedice and Bitsler also had these issues.

Yes,the support team of FJ is really reposnsible and anyone can contact them instantly at discord channel,they will help you at their best.After these kind of accuse from strangers FJ send security notification to all the FJ users to change their account password and it will be better secure if we enable 2FA.So the site is now totally safe to use guys don't get confused about those people who try to spread negativity about FJ.

Exactly, and the timing was really questionable, FJ opens a new signature campaign and then accusations after accusations and even someone claiming that they're able to hack FJ for that matter was very errie. FJ quickly refuted the claims as I have received a notification email. So I will still play slots on FJ and I won't be bothered by this negative news.

AFAIK fortunejack is one of the longest running casino in the gambling society and has a very responsive team with the problems of their gamblers.

And that's why for me they are legit.

I am sure he was just trolling and would not be able to give any proof to his statement because there is none. I have no idea where he must have gotten that from considering I have been using FJ for a while now and there is no where you have to wager 5x your money before you withdraw unless he is busy comparing FJ with another gambling platform. This is one platform that has stood the test of time, has been reputable and has never had any form of shady deals.

Whenever there are issues we can easily contact their support, I'd been playing for long in FJ, and everything went smooth, not the part that I always win, it's on the withdrawal and depositing thing that we don't need to worry about if we occur some issues since they can fix it readily. It's still our strategy and luck that will allow us to win even in any casino.

How did you lose? Did you lose your balance as in a technical issue that needs to be resolved or did you just happen to be unlucky and you lost your money? If you’re gambling at any site there’s always the risk of losing your money no matter what casino you go to. It’s really just a matter of what’s fun for you in the end, as gambling should only be a recreational activity and nothing more.

You shouldn’t expect to make significant amounts of money for gambling; if you want to do that, take a look at lending and loaning, etc.

Fortune Jack is not a scam site, they are ok don't doubt in that. Some time ago I had a problem with one of their slots, I opened a thread about it but without any comments, sadly, take a look https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.30636803. I got my money back, but I don't play slots there since then, their support is ... I don't know which word to use to describe their support! Anyway casino like casino is great, I even was lucky Jack and I won 0.1 btc, that was awesome, paid instantly, but because of their support and the way they treated me I will not go there ever again.
Generally support sucks on most sites, but this time they hit me in the nerve and I can't forget that feeling just like that. Good luck to all people who wish to gamble there, but be warned about their support, if you have a problem you will need to have patience or you will lose your mind like I did that night.

Even though if you won jackpots you have no concerns on withdrawing your funds or getting paid,there are some scammers are accusing without any proofs for creating bad impression about the fortunejack,recently they might had issues with paying a big reward to someone but now all is set and everything is fine,we can't say that is a scam for a single mistake from them.

Fortune Jack is a legitimate even though I haven't tried to play in FJ but I know in my self that it will not scam people. As of now I have joined their signature campaign and I never doubt of it because our campaign manager has a positive trust score. In that matter we can see already that FJ is legitimate . Aside from that, maybe the reason why some people thinks that it is a scam because they don't get immediately a response from FJ when there 's a problem. But we should also remember that we are not just their users, there are a lot of us so maybe there is just some delay of responding to those complains.
