I don't think they got a bad customer support because they got a live support most of the times. Sometimes they may take more time to resolve issues based on what kind fo issue user experiencing. But at the end they will surely resolve the issues and pay people on time.

i think OP have bad experience with fortunejack so he trying to ask with the other members on here and want to clarify that we make something wrong or not. i think we have bad experience too like what OP said and we can talk with the support system of the site so they can help us to solve our problem and i hope that OP is already talk to they customer service about his problem. so far, i am fine with fortunejack and i don't have any problem.

i have bad experience too but my experience is with another site and fortunately i don't think too much about my problem since i am not using my bitcoin to playing gambling and i move with another site because i believe that there is many good site in out there with good service too.

It happened in the past, I bet FortuneJack had learned their lesson on that messy situation. I read the whole accusation thread and at the end participants were paid. As for my experience, they never failed to pay on time, support are very active and friendly. I never encounter any problem using or playing in their site so far.

I do believe this site is trusted, but I don't agree that they are instant payment system. Because usually takes few hours to a half day to send your coins to your account but surely we will get our coins. They should change their terms and mention explicitly that they are not instant payment system otherwise it is somewhat fooling players. It is based on my experience of withdrawals from this site.

it is true and based on my experience too withdrawal happening instantly but also sometimes took more than 12 hours and the cause is to avoid hack account because i was heard that some users had an issue they accounts got hack and their bitcoin was dissapear however OP should be not doubt anymore because they not scam

in my opinion, fortune jack is still legit and still paying the member because so far, they make a good promotions for their sites and there is many games in fortune jack itself. if when want to withdraw in their site and we've got delayed, i think its not because fortune jack not paying, maybe its because the traffic is busy but so far they are one of good gambling site that i know and i am sure that there is many people doing gambling games in that sites.

Yeah, support is one of the most important when operating a gambling site and those who have an outstanding support will get the trust of the people. It's like customer service in real life, people wants satisfaction for the amount they are paying.
