No. There are odds. If the odds are in your favor and the potential gain is high, you place your bet. If the odds are not in your favor OR if the potential gain does not justify the risk, you don't go for it. Keep applying this philosophy multiple times and you will be winning above-average, above people who place bets based on intuition alone.

I don't think newbie will get interested in gambling if they don't try it. They will never understand how it works they they never experience playing gambling. But I think that is also good that they are empty-headed in gambling so they will never get addicted in to it. But of course it is depend to them.

You must try. But Yes you have to Control yourself.Especially if it's your first time. Winning chances are slim but you can take it as experience, only, keep in mind, Play with money you can afford to lose, and don't try going after losses( and hoping for one big win).
You can try playing poker for more chances to win (since you'll be going against other real people and depending own your on skill/bluffs) , or if you want, you can try chance and probabilities games, like dicing, slots, roulette, etc. Do be careful of scam sites and losing money you've spent hours/days/weeks to earn.

If you're going to gamble, you have to do a couple things. First thing is to have a bankroll management system so you stay disciplined when gambling. Second thing is to know when to walk away and not chase losses. Losses happen to everyone, it's gambling after all. The goal is to simply win more than you lose. If you can manage your money and not go "all-in" or bet half your bankroll on a single bet, and you have control over your emotions when gambling, then you can succeed.

I think gambling is worth to trie for newbie. But everyone have to be prepared to lose, so I do not recommand to startfrom some big money. If you lose - at least you gonna know what is gambling and how it lost. But people who has some luck and skills for gambling - for them gambling may became real way to earn money fast.

Everyone is free to try and feel how is it to gamble online but I suggest that someone should be there to guide you and lead you to play smart in gambling or else newbie might end up broke trying to catch up and recover loses from gambling. I tried physical casino once but I never liked it, other players are intimidating.
