Is this already set in stone that witnessing treshold is 10k NLG? I saw this number a few times but couldn't find a solid source to it. Also stumbled over 5k NLG treshold if the coins are locked for a longer time period.
I do not want to look now, but as I remember minimum 5000NLG from one year up to three years.
