REPORTER: DOJ, FBI "SUPER PISSED OFF" at Obama White House Over Clinton Investigation

On Friday White Press Secretary Josh Earnest told reporters some officials at the FBI have say Hillary Clinton is not a target of the current investigation.

These latest comments by the Obama White House reportedly have FBI and Justice Department officials “Super Pissed Off.”

Catherine Herridge reported:

That statement by Josh Earnest has got the back up of our contacts at the FBI and Justice Department for two reasons… They are SUPER PISSED OFF to use a technical term. Number one, Josh Earnest has absolutely no clearance or visibility in the FBI investigation. Number two, they say it really seems part of a troubling pattern from the White House because the president earlier said he did not see any national security implications to the Clinton emails and then we found out he had never been briefed.

It´s really embarrassing how desperate Wall St., the war industry and the garbage media are to somehow manhandle this nutcase into the White House.

Unlike the Republican primary, the super-delegates hold too much power in the Democrat primaries. Since almost all of the super-delegates are likely to support Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders need to secure somewhere between 70% and 80% of the elected primary delegates, to have any chance of winning the Democratic presidential primary.

Josh Earnest: Clinton Will Not Be Indicted Over Emails ‘Based On What We Know’…

White House spokesman Josh Earnest said Friday that Hillary Clinton would not be indicted over her private email scandal “based on what we know from the Department of Justice.”

As noted by The Weekly Standard, a reporter asked Earnest if he had “certainty and confidence” that Clinton would not get indicted, and Earnest hedged slightly in his answer, saying that it did not appear to be the “direction” of the DOJ’s investigation.

“That will be a decision that is made by the Department of Justice and prosecutors over there,” Earnest said. “What I know that some officials over there have said is that she is not a target of the investigation, so that does not seem to be the direction that it’s trending. But I’m certainly not going to weigh in on a decision or in that process in any way. That is a decision to be made solely by independent prosecutors but again, based on what we know from the Department of Justice, it does not seem to be headed in that direction.”

Hillary Clinton Campaign Meltdown: Top-Secret Emails ‘Innocuous,’ Should Be Released

This week’s Friday afternoon news drop was a blockbuster for Hillary Clinton, with revelations that some of her emails contained information so sensitive they cannot be released to the public at all, others will be delayed beyond the first few primaries by the State Department, and the number of Top Secret documents in her homebrew private email server has risen to 22.

Hillary For America press secretary Brian Fallon released a statement after the intelligence community announced that 20 of Clinton’s emails were too sensitive to ever be released:

We firmly oppose the complete blocking of the release of these emails. Since first providing her emails to the State Department more than one year ago, Hillary Clinton has urged that they be made available to the public. We feel no differently today.

After a process that has been dominated by bureaucratic infighting that has too often played out in public view, the loudest and leakiest participants in this interagency dispute have no prevailed in blocking any release of these emails.  This flies in the face of the fact that these emails were unmarked at the time they were sent, and have been called “innocuous” by certain intelligence officials.  We understand that these emails were likely originated on the state Department’s unclassified system before they were ever shared with Secretary Clinton, and they have remained on the department’s unclassified system for years.  And in at least one case, the emails appear to involve information from a published news article.

This appears to be over-classification run amok.  We will pursue all appropriate avenues to see that her emails are released in a manner consistent with her call last year.

Official: Some Clinton emails 'too damaging' to release | Fox News

"Too damaging..." To whom?

EXCLUSIVE: The intelligence community has deemed some of Hillary Clinton’s emails “too damaging" to national security to release under any circumstances, according to a U.S. government official close to the ongoing review. A second source, who was not authorized to speak on the record, backed up the finding.

The determination was first reported by Fox News, hours before the State Department formally announced Friday that seven email chains, found in 22 documents, will be withheld “in full” because they, in fact, contain “Top Secret” information.

The State Department, when first contacted by Fox News about withholding such emails Friday morning, did not dispute the reporting – but did not comment in detail. After a version of this report was first published, the Obama administration confirmed to the Associated Press that the seven email chains would be withheld. The department has since confirmed those details publicly.

The decision to withhold the documents in full, and not provide even a partial release with redactions, further undercuts claims by the State Department and the Clinton campaign that none of the intelligence in the emails was classified when it hit Clinton's personal server.

Fox News is told the emails include intelligence from "special access programs," or SAP, which is considered beyond “Top Secret.” A Jan. 14 letter, first reported by Fox News, from intelligence community Inspector General Charles McCullough III notified senior intelligence and foreign relations committee leaders that "several dozen emails containing classified information” were determined to be “at the CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET, AND TOP SECRET/SAP levels."

The State Department is trying to finish its review and public release of thousands of Clinton emails, as the Democratic presidential primary contests get underway in early February.

Under the Freedom of Information Act, or FOIA, there is an exemption that allows for highly sensitive, and in this case classified, material to be withheld in full -- which means nothing would be released in these cases, not even heavily redacted versions, which has been standard practice with the 1,340 such emails made public so far by the State Department.

According to the Justice Department FOIA website, exemption “B3” allows a carve-out for both the CIA and NSA to withhold "operational files." Similar provisions also apply to other agencies.

Fox News reported Friday that at least one Clinton email contained information identified as "HCS-O," which is the code for intelligence from human spying.

One source, not authorized to speak on the record, suggested the intelligence agencies are operating on the assumption there are more copies of the Clinton emails out there, and even releasing a partial email would provide enough clues to trace back to the original – which could allow the identification of “special access programs” intelligence.

There was no comment to Fox News from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Office of the Intelligence Community Inspector General, or the agency involved. Fox News has chosen not to identify the agency that provided sworn declarations that intelligence beyond Top Secret was found in the Clinton emails.

The State Department was scheduled to release more Clinton emails Friday, while asking a D.C. federal court for an extension.

FBI investigators looking into the emails are focused on the criminal code pertaining to “gross negligence” in the handling and storage of classified information, and “public corruption.”

“The documents alone in and of themselves set forth a set of compelling, articulable facts that statutes relating to espionage have been violated,” a former senior federal law enforcement officer said. The source said the ongoing investigation along the corruption track “also stems from her tenure of secretary. These charges would be inseparable from the other charges in as much as there is potential for significant overlap and correlation."

Based on federal regulations, once classified information is spilled onto a personal computer or device, as was the case with Clinton and her aides, the hardware is now considered classified at the highest classification level of the materials received.

While criticized by the Clinton campaign, McCullough, an Obama administration appointee, was relaying the conclusion of two intelligence agencies in his letter to Congress that the information was classified when it hit Clinton’s server -- and not his own judgment.

Joseph E. Schmitz, a former inspector general of the Department of Defense, called the attacks on McCullough a “shoot the watchdog” tactic by Clinton’s campaign.

The developments, taken together, show Clinton finding herself once again at the epicenter of a controversy over incomplete records.

During her time as the first female partner at the Rose Law firm in Arkansas during the mid-1980s, she was known as one of the “three amigos” and close with partners Webb Hubbell and Vince Foster. Hubbell ended up a convicted felon for his role in the failure of the corrupt Madison Guaranty, a savings and loan which cost taxpayers more than $65 million. Hubbell embezzled more than a half-million dollars from the firm.

Foster killed himself in Washington, D.C., in July 1993. As Clinton’s partner in the Rose Law firm, he had followed the Clintons into the White House where he served as the Clintons’ personal lawyer and a White House deputy counsel.

Clinton’s missing Rose Law billing records for her work for Guaranty during the mid-1980s were the subject of three intense federal investigations over two years. Those records, in the form of a computerized printout of her work performed on behalf of Guaranty, were discovered under mysterious circumstances in the Book Room of the private White House living quarters.

The discovery of those records was announced during a  blizzard in January 1996 by attorney David Kendall, who still represents Hillary Clinton. After Clinton testified before a grand jury, prosecutors concluded there was insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt she committed perjury or obstruction of justice.

Despite Clinton’s recent public statements about not knowing how the technology works, at least one email suggests she directed a subordinate to work around the rules. In a June 2011 email to aide Jake Sullivan, she instructed him to take what appeared to be classified talking points, and "turn into nonpaper w no identifying heading and send nonsecure."

A State Department spokesman could not say whether such a fax was sent.

When I see Hillary Clinton dabbing I understand she respect the hood and black culture. My vote is for her. Democrats always 1 step ahead of Republicans. They have better publicity.

You don't need to post it here. Everyone knows that the Democrat candidate will secure 100% of the ghetto / black vote, no matter whatever his policies are. Even if Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi becomes the Democrat nominee for the POTUS elections in 2016, the blacks will vote for him. So go ahead, and vote for the Pinocchibitch.

Well said.

Why you mad? I thought you were living in Middle East, are you Republican now? Even they don't have same nation they try to act like nationalists. USA is multicultural corporate and they make racism there. Lol, just lol.

EXCLUSIVE: Hillary Clinton was guarded by known Islamic 'terrorist' on her 'triumphal' tour of Libya - less than a year before US personnel were murdered in Benghazi

A known Islamic terror suspect was placed in charge of Hillary Clinton’s local security detail during a trip by the US Secretary of State to Libya, Daily Mail Online can reveal.

The shocking security blunder occurred in October 2011 when Clinton made an unannounced visit to Libya following the toppling of Colonel Muammar Gaddafi.

Ironically the Secretary of State’s trip was shrouded in secrecy due to security concerns.

The trip was intended as a triumphant tour to show Mrs Clinton’s support for the Libyan people and build diplomatic ties at a torrid time. During her visit fierce fighting erupted in Sirte – the last stronghold of the country’s former leader.

Well, it´s a problem for Hillary that young people pay much more attention to the internet than the garbage media that hypes her.

The younger Democrats (both female and male) are overwhelmingly in favor of Sanders. Only the uneducated ghetto residents and the elderly are supporting Hillary right now. This might be enough for her to win the primaries in the southern states such as Mississippi and Virginia. But in the northern states, Sanders is going to win a landslide.

Hillary Clinton defends popularity among young voters at Iowa forum

Bernie Sanders appears at ease at presidential town hall during which student presses Clinton: ‘I don’t see the same enthusiasm from younger people for you’

Hillary Clinton pushed back at the suggestion she is struggling to inspire young voters on Monday in a spirited encounter with students in Iowa just a week before tighter-than-expected caucuses.

Appearing at the presidential town hall meeting at Drake University with Bernie Sanders and Martin O’Malley, the former secretary of state was put on the defensive by a young voter who challenged why there appeared to be less excitement for her campaign.

“I don’t see the same enthusiasm from younger people for you,” said Des Moines local Taylor Gipple, who described himself as leaning towards Sanders. “In fact, what I have heard from quite a few people my age is that they think you are dishonest.”

“I have been around a long time and people have thrown all kinds of things at me and I can’t keep up with it,” replied Clinton, questioning the experience of her challenger. “If you are new to politics and it’s the first time you’ve really paid attention, you go ‘Oh my gosh, look at all of this’.”

“I have been on the frontline of change and politics since I was your age,” she added. “When I worked on healthcare back in ‘93 and ‘94 – and I don’t know if you were born then, I can’t quite tell – but if you had been around and able to pay attention, I was trying to get us to universal healthcare coverage.”

The awkward encounter gave Clinton a chance to highlight her experience and pragmatic approach to politics, but contrasted with a more-than-usually charming Sanders, who appeared comfortable among the young audience.

‘Where is the integrity?’ Hillary’s latest answer to FBI questions reveals the desperation in her campaign

Posted at 1:35 pm on January 24, 2016 by Twitchy Staff | 87 Comments

Appearing on NBC’s “Meet the Press” this morning, Hillary Clinton continued to insist that a lingering FBI investigation into her is simply politics as usual. Apparently the entire FBI and inspector general are all Republicans.

Full quote:

I can’t control what the Republicans are doing. But I know what the facts are and I will just keep putting them out there. This is something that I think is very clear about what happened and I know it will be over and resolved at some point but I can’t control what the Republicans and their allies do, but I think it’s important for voters to know what are they doing.

Well I don't know!! Do they need more time? I mean since the news is now that there was at least one email on her server that endangered top secret intelligence operatives I think we can just lock her sorry az up. She has certainly proved that she is in no way qualified to be commander and chief. Hell she wasn't qualified to be Secretary of State. She is every intelligence operator who places their lives on the line worst nightmare though that's for sure.

Hillary will never see jail. Nor will she see anything but the Oval Office - Obama will Pardon her And if he does not - when she becomes President she will Pardon herself. There is nothing you can do. The 20 somethings, the cities, the blue states with lots of electoral votes - it is almost a mathematical certainty that Hillary will be President.

Yes, i think seeing the current situation of the US, it is very likely that Hillary will become the president,it is quite hard for Trump to become president after the current controversies surrounding him, hope it turns out good as US economy plays a major role in the world economy.
