It is becoming quite often that I see videos and clips in social media involving people in need of help and instead of people helping, they normally just bring forth their cellphone to capture the moment, instead of helping, so I can say that perhaps humanity is fading away.

I think what you are trying to ask is... has humanity lost its compassion?

Obviously humanity is here. Humans exist and we interact with eachother... the sum total of all humans is humanity.

If you live in a place that has little to none compassion, I would either create a community based off the human interactions you would like to see more and therefore spread it to your community or move to a place which can affect that change in you.

The most important point I can say is that most it seems looks for the answers outside of themselves, while in truth the answers are within.

Gandhi said "be the change you wish to see in the world." This is very very VERY true. If you do not see what you are looking for in the outer world. Maybe you yourself do not express or possess that quality inside yourself.

Well,it is exist yet.All people are not cruel.they might have some humanity left in their own.But nowadays people are not as kind as they were before.But humanity still exist.Cause good people are still alive in the cruel world.

i admit there are many double faced nowaday but we are living in complicated people, we sometime have to do that too, so it is normal in this society, however surely there are many good people with kind who willing to help you.

No. It is not. It may not be visible anymore like before but probably not gone. And maybe not everyone act humane but they are still some people who practise humanity.

Perhaps you're just seeing what you want to see. Of course its easier to detect negativity in what people do but its not hard to see as well the good things people do to and for each other. You have to look beyond the negativity and you'll see that humanity is well and still thriving everywhere

To be fair, that does depend a lot on where he lives. There are places where finding any glimpse of morality is pretty much impossible, and people who are depressed or upset rarely start searching the internet or the world for "nice" people.

Humanity is not gone but we have less humanity in our daily interactions. When I even do something simple as buy something from a store the interaction I will have with the person is getting less and less as the years go by!

This is quite sad because I am mid 20s and I can only imagine how the world will be 5-10 years from now. Seems like we will have less human interaction as time goes on and this saddens me Undecided

Not at all, it's that people now a days tend to become selfish, heartless and careless, they become lovers of themselves instead of lovers of God, fear God and serve others, they want the best for themselves and if the things they desire did not happen they do all bad things just to get it, they action speak how motivated they are to pursue selfish gain, but in the end they alone suffer the consequences of their wrong decision.
