if you find a good ico and invest there I think that it can still be worthwhile today . but it must be a really good ico with a great team and an ingenious project.but that is very rare today

For the past two months almost all the ICOs i have invested when they get listed on exchange, they are reduced by about 300% of the price i bought it. Those who buy after the ICO tend to gain more profit than we the early adopters. Now am confused whether i should continue with ICO investments or stop. Guys what do you think

300% reducing price is quite good. There are some ICOs i saw falling above 10x from their ICO price.
For now, if the ICO project is real and legit, there is nothing you can do because ICO need long time to gain ROI. Just hope the team keep sticking to the roadmap plan to release the products.

ICO Investment is worth if you invest a real ico . But it is really very rear. To invest in any ico first do some investigation about the ico and team members that are real or fake. But i think it is so hard to accurately find a real ico which will gives huge profit. Now a days most of the ico token dropped price about 50% or more after listing in any exchange. So first investigate then invest your hard worked money or avoid investing in icos . Thanks

I think the ICO project still has attractiveness from investors, it is true that some of ICO's projects are now having difficulties in getting their hardcap, but at least the project can still run and grow it will help investors.

yes, because for us investing in ICO is also a way to get bitcoin, because the price you get from an ICO project is also cheap compared to the market price.

The drastic price reduction is due to groups specialized to pump and dump. This is a usual occurrence after an ICO. However, those who invest into ICOs are looking for a longer term investment rather than making a quick profits after a few months.

If you can make profits from an ICO, then you can say that the ICO still has the opportunity to become an investment land.

for now maybe ico investment was being weakened because of the price of the bitcoin and eth are down. certainly investors prefer investing bitcoin on the investment of the ethereum and ico are unclear price in the market.

There are still lots of gains when it comes to investing into ICO. At a point, i started to understand how investors get their gains. I imbibed that same method and it worked for me. So, investing into a good project at ICO worth it.

ICO investment is one of the most profitable, but you should be experienced in choosing one, so you would net give your money to some scam project.

Slight correction, ICO investment was one of the most profitable, throughout 2016 that was absolutely the case, that is why 2017 is called the year of ICOs. With 2018, specifically february 2018 ICO's became largely unprofitable and got traded at a fraction of the ICO price when they hit exchanges...there were some exceptions, but the large majority is no longer profitable.

Not all ICO investments provide high profits, and not always the price of coins after the ICO has finished falling deeply. So it is necessary to pay attention to the feasibility and future of the project when investing in an ICO program. Experience also greatly determines our assessment of an ICO project.

I think this is normal because some of BIG Whale investor they buy only in the market they dump the price so they can buy cheap price than the ICO's prize, but this strategy is not good in more ICO's because if this happen continuesly no more investor invest in ICO's and wait for the list in the market, and if this happen i think many ICO's failed to reach their goal even soft cap of their project.

I think it's still profitable, as long as we can choose good ICOs, we can be sure that our money will increase, the thing to know is that many ICOs are scam so we have to read and research in detail.

Probably that's exactly what it is, it became more profitable not to invest in ICO and buy tokens after they entered the stock exchange!

If you expect that your ICO investment will give you a handsome return once its launch in exchanges. You took a risk, then you should prepare if something happen in reverse.

If you suffer losses, it is better for you to stop following the ICO. Knowing the ICO concept is an important thing you do when you want to join an ICO. Also, see if their project can compete in the market or not. Remember, that experience is the best teacher for you.
