It all depends on the prospects and investing in coins. If there are a lot of investors and the project will develop then the coin after the ICO will only grow in price or will be stable. If projects are poorly invested, there will be a drop in prices immediately after the ICO, but if the project is promising, then prices will grow in the long term. I think there is a sense of long investments only for good ICO. Choose carefully.
Can’t really say if it is worth it or not, but investments does help one to grow.
It is worth it if you will invest in an ICO/Project which is the best and legit one because nowadays there are hyped projects who promise a huge return and ended up scamming other people and took their hard-earned money. Bitcoin is so popular, that is why there are aspiring projects who looking forward to success like Bitcoin. It is worth it for those people who have sufficient knowledge on how the market really works.

Actualy ICO investment is worth before and much productive , but when many fraud ICO project coming out in the market ,the trust rating of this kinds of investment would been lesser and many avoid to participate unto this,because they thinks all become wothless,thats why its better thats there's a certain group or panel board to investigate so that the reputation of the group of ICO would remain intact and trusted.

The percentage of downfall you have mentioned is quite a lot which arises the question that whether the choice of your investment was good or not? The past few months have been worse for the investors but still potential ICO have somehow managed to float on the water.ICO investment is a good option if the project is good but it's hard to find one.

In my opinion, it is still worth investing in ICO projects. But only those who have a future. Unfortunately, there are too many ICO projects on the market that are simply not worth it. That is why we have to choose wisely.
I think the ico projects have a great future, but not at the moment . In a falling market became much less profitable ico. I think you need to wait for the time when the market returns to bullish trend, or much more carefully select projects for investment.
We all really know that ICO is too much risky for investment but if you are wise enough to choose a good ICO then it's not risky. You need to manage your ability to choose a great ICO. You should study a lot in order for you to reach your goals and lastly, believe in ICO. Okay?

I am sure that it is possible to earn good money working in a cryptocurrency field. And participation in ICO investing is one of the best options for that. Of course there are many scams on the market now but worth projects exist.
It is the only way to make a lot of money and therefore invest in the best ICOs.
