There are many projects who are doing "old style" - presenting nothing and trying to gain the funds. In my opinion that era is gone, if you can not present anything, at least MVP - you should not make an ICO.
The thing about new ICO's is the timing, as some make it for many months, a year ago when it was a boom, ICO was 30 days period though. That means an opportunity cost to the investor. The main risk is where they will be tradable and when... However, if noone will fund good projects, they will not be released due to no funds raised. If you believe in the project, go ahead..

Investing into ICOs are still profitable just that it has reduced quite significantly due to the fact that many scam ICOs have come up off late and this has really reduced the interest in participating in ICOs

I doubt at this moment wherein negativity is dominating the market. Indeed, many projects are failing especially this year where big cryptos are suffering at their worst from being on top on the previous years. I do bepieve that there's still hope for recovery but there's uncertainty on when will it exactly take over the market.

The truth is that there are still some credible and profitable projects out there but potential investors must be very careful before investing in ICOs because there are a lot of scam project around. But I am not too convenient with erc 20 projects, most of them get dump once they hit exchange.

Their are a lot of projects that needs to take a look and face it for good though a lot of scammers too. It needs to invest for more and get potentials investors that can burn the highest point of profit of the project. This is a form of business that needs to undertake some strtaegies.

Hi. You are right that many projects now are failing but it does not mean that ICO is not profitable. The cause of failing projects are sometimes lack of development and advertisement. If you want to invest, then find a project where mods and members are active just to promote the project. If you find one, surely your investment will earn.

actually the results will get profit or not it depends on how we choose and determine which ICO project we will make as an investment land, if the project alone is deceptive it will obviously never feel profit

There are still very much gud nd profitable ICOs out there. Whats important is to read the documents of the project carefully to avoid being scammed. That way it would help get to know the profitable ICO.
But for sure ICOs are still very much profitable.

But to be honest most of the ICO that I seen so far isn't really profitable.

very difficult to say especially the current situation. I see that there are many investors currently only interested in quick profits, huh. investing in ico generally has a process and step by step to grow every price and product. so actually there are always choices, but there are also ico that are useless.

the point is we have to be able to choose a good ICO project to be able to get a profit, and in my opinion for now it seems very difficult to get a good ICO project because more and more ICO projects are scam.

The market has been so sluggish this year that too many ICO projects have failed. Many tokens are below the ICO price after they go public, but I think good projects are still worth investing in.

If its good ICO not a scam then yes but if its good and has working theam for real product then you need to wait to have good profit and dont sell it when it goes to exchange.

I think that yes, if crypto market will be alive the good projects will bring profit in the future. I am looking for the projects at www.icoguide.com, they have realistic rates and this helps me not to miss good ideas.
