no one knows what will happen in the future for sure in my opinion whenever is the right time to buy when the belief to make a profit exists despite all the risks, cryto market prices change all the time and very quickly that's why if you want to buy then trade there will be a possibility to take profit or vice versa at any time so I think any time is a good time to buy.

I think they are targeting BTC and its decentralized allies like ETH etc. China and other governments wont have much issues with centralized cryptos like XRP. Though BTC had a major set back yesterday after China news came out but it got stable since then. In my oponion its good time to buy bitcoin as there is fair chance that it may go up again to 50k.

I don't think that red market it the best time to buy altcoins. Personally I think that it is better to accumulate altcoins now and getting prepared to buy mainstream currencies on the dip. But don't buy shit coins on the dip, as you can be sure if they will recover, so I would recommend you wait for a full dip and then a small rebound to to make a decision of buying.

it is a good belief. we see a lot of potential coins have held up very well despite the deep fall of the market.

If there is an intention to buy crypto, just do it. And it's true that you ask for advice from senior cryptocurrencies in buying crypto but it is better to be clear what coin to buy so that suggestions from forum members will be more specific.

The market has still not recover totally from its sudden dump so i would say buy now before the prices increase much. And with bitcoin, the price will always be expensive even if it dump a little so i would suggest you might want to buy a portion of it and when you see another chance that its value will dump again, then you start buying again. There are still other potential coins that are still in dip this time like ethereum that has decreased much. So its still a good buying moment for it.

Even most experts can't answer this question because fud is one big factor that affects the market while causing market dump, as we have seen today. Yes the market is in blood and no one knows what will happen tomorrow, but if one want to buy into any altcoin, first thing is to make sure that such altcoin is one with great use case such that it will recover and last long term no matter how hard the market dumps. Secondly, if one also want to buy in, and after due diligence finds a particular coin worthwhile, it is wise buying at intervals, such that if the market dumps more, you add to your bag until you are satisfied, this approach helps users to accumulate their desired altcoins.

Which altcoin would be the right one to buy should also be looked at. If the top 10 altcoins are very appropriate to buy and don't wait until the altcoin prices on the market all change to normal.
Do not buy altcoins that have no future opportunities even though they are currently cheap because not all altcoins are the right ones to buy.

It all depends on you. You know best if its a good time for you to buy today or not. Can you afford to invest and lose all your money? If yes, then now is the best time for you to invest. Doesn't matter if the price is at ATH or has dipped, don't wait or you will miss the opportunity like most of the people. Invest and keep holding for long term.
Anyway, since your post, the price has already recovered, but once again today the price started to go back down. This is how much volatile the market is! Think about all these events and you decide if its good time for you to buy or not.
