That would be very risky. I am keeping my job and as I have jumped quite late to the bitcoin. I see bitcoin as form of insurance / value storage for the future - my investment horizon is 5-10 years and I hope that the growth trend would continue with the same pace to get us to 100k USD and up.

No not yet. You can always do bitcoin as a part time even if you have a regular job unless you are earning that biig like millions. Bitcoin is unstable, the price goes up and down. Although there is an advantage of its being volatile but you have to have money to support yourself if the prices goes down.

Several years ago, buying or selling BTC for fiat (a "real" currency like dollars, euros, rubles, etc.) was generally a difficult business, but now the times have changed, everything has become much simpler.
Yes, you do not need to quit your job instead. Now you can combine these two things very easily.

You can explore. But probably now is not the best time to quit for this. I think you need to wait.

I would suggest you spend some time in acquiring knowledge, skills and experience in trading and other earning options and utilizing your earnings to make more money. There must be someone to earn money and if you are not doing any job then your money should do it for you and hence you must gain the knowledge to employ your capital to work for you.

If you reciving decent salary better to wait a little before quit. You should understand that bitcoin is not the answer and true path to become rich and you can fail.

You can quit your job anytime you want to. just ensure you have an alternative source of income that will cover your financial needs, BTC is a source of income for many but i consider it more of a side hustle. the volatile nature of the market and its unpredictability makes it hard to totally depend on BTC

It is not advisable to quit you job for bitcoin. You can do bitcoin related activities in your off-time. You don't need to sit in-front of your computer all day long.

Unless you have made a fortune out of trading already, I wouldn't suggest you to quit your job. The market is extremely volatile and you just cannot predict anything. So it is best to not take any decision in haste and wait till you have enough funds to sustain yourself for at least 5-6 years. Do not quit your job otherwise. i would never advise it.
Easier money does seem like the ideal route, but it comes with its own set of risks.

Bitcoin trading these days has become so rucreative that I am tempted to quit my present job which is not giving me enough time to explore more out of bitcoin world...

What's your take on this, should I go ahead and quit?

Thanks
in my opinion, never quit your main job, bitcoin only gives you extra income, but can not guarantee your life. should stick with your main job. and do your best and you will be successful in the future.

As you all know that bitcoin is volatile and the profit or income that you gain here is unstable. I think it is too high of a risk based solely on Bitcoin, It would be very dangerous if you quit the current and permanent job for bitcoin. I recommend having a clear and specific strategy so as not to affect your current job.

It is inadvisable to quit your present job for the crypto currency work..... The market is still very volatile and the certainty of getting paid may not be always guaranteed except you are sufficiently finance fool proof.
Consult those who may have done this and weigh the options carefully. best of luck

A good way to do a test without the vacation time and not quitting your job is to try to work with predictions and candles that fit your schedule. If you have all day to trade 1 minute clandes are fine but you that's not the case try to work with bigger gaps of time tendencies. Sure you will not earn as much as the 1 minute candle guy but it will be a good test if you would do a good job.

It's been a while now since this topic started but I agree with the most of comments. It is not wise to quit your job since your job has a stable income

Personally I think, its not yet, unless you earned already enough to invest your own business and besides you can do bitcoin after your regular job. So I think you're just tempted because of what you earn in crypto. Always remember that those earnings were not stable. It is still better to have a day job and an extra income here, like what you said in trading. Why not do both since you are already doing it. If you are saying you don't have enough time, I think it is not a reason because it will all comes down to how you manage your time for your activities every day.

We all know that bitcoin is volatile and the profit or income that we gain here is unstable. It would be too risky for you to quit your current and permanent job for bitcoin. I honestly had the same agony before but I end up with the decision of doing both by managing my time properly and it is working well so far.

Do you have the means to support yourself if you quit your job? If you do and if you truly feel you want to do it then go for it man! Or maybe get an easy job like a lobby guard or some shit where you do nothing the whole day and have all the time to inspect bitcoin Cheesy

you should understand all the risks that you are going to if you quit your job for the sake of an unknown future. accumulate money for a fire accident and if you are so drawn to the crypto-currency - try

Its not been advisable to quit the job you should continue both try to take out 2 hrs daily to explore more about bitcoin. If you active in this forum you automatically learn alot from others itself. Don't think to quit your job that gives you fix income on the other hand market not always good sometime you can earn good sometime you earn less. Apart from this you can do signature campaign that doesn't take much of your time & can also help to earn some coin & after selling those coins you can earn bitcoin that is the best thing you can do at the moment with your job.
