There is no certainties in the market so no one can give you an accurate answer to your question.
As for me, the best time to buy altcoins is in the bear market which means now is for me the best time to buy altcoins and Bitcoin as well. 1-2 years seems too long to wait because at that time, there might be a chance that altcoins are starting to recover already.

One thing more is that, if you will buy some altcoins then maybe just buy those top market cap coins because for sure they will recover. Coins like Ethereum and BNB might be a good picks. Lower risk but higher reward especially when the bull market comes.

no body know when bull market will kick in again? even whales that controll market could not make sure when it happen. market moved very dynamic with high volatility today , alot liquidation on short or long happen. they only we can do only follow the market trend and never againts them or we will lose our money.

I always think that it is quite difficult for people to actually end up deciding when the alts wil lgo up or not go up. I get that some people think that it would go up like crazy, but at the same time I believe that it may not be that quite crystal clear. We may end up going up, or maybe it will not do anything at all. Hence, I believe that when we are dealing with speculation and predictions, we should be hoping that it would not be really an exact situation. Do not say things like "it will go up during july", that would be wrong, say things like "the predictions are looking like it may have a bull run during july if everything goes according to data" and thats a bit more unsure but at least gives an opinion.

Yes good times for altocoins has started from some days. We can see charts that some altcoins has come out from their deep position but some has really at good entry level. Some altocoins on kucoin really hit someX in later days. Taking entry at low point is very important to gain in future. Biggest altocoins like SXP, XRP, BNB are also has some lower value so we should take entry and be a part of this riding.

I do agree and I think that is the best option.
