Yeh it's a good time to buy all those alts coin which are really in dip at the moment because Bitcoin BTC has almost hit it's all time low from previous one and half year. And I think 20k will be the strong support of bitcoin. After that I expect that btc will break it's strong resistance which is 29k after that I hope btc will fly to beat it's previous all time high and will make new all time but these all things will take much time. Yes, this is the best time to buy altcoins because the price has dropped down low for anyone to embrace this opportunity to buy more altcoins and hold for the price to increase higher before they can sell to make a good profit. I believe the red light is still showing, to alert people that there is still time to invest in altcoins because the price will not reduce more than this before it will increase higher for those that invested some years ago to start earning money from their investment. I don't think, there will be another opportunity than now because I don't want to be part of those people that will regret when the price increase higher soon.

Most of altcoins price are affected by bitcoin price, so i would say now is not good time for altcoin because we are in bear market now.

How do you see that this bear market is short term and not long term? because anyone is always very difficult to predict how market conditions will continue from now on, especially if the decline in the market is still very frequent and that makes some people very pessimistic to stay in the market except just to keep coins stable and make some purchases on coins that are good at a very cheap price.

Short term because of the implications via the period we have already gone through. Meaning, if it was the first drop, if we went from 68k to under 30k in the last week, then it would have been long term. But, the last time we were 68k was October, and we are in June right now, meaning it has been 8 months or so since we have hit the ATH prices, and we have been dropping ever since as well, we haven't seen a 50% or bigger increase ever since October as well, let alone seeing ATH back again.

It means, if we reach to 35k or more, that would be a great return to a high price again for all of us and that is going to be quite a challenge but we haven't been there for a while, so it must be close.
