I`m not sure that this will keep you safe,but nobody is 100% safe.

What country is that? For me. My suggestion you don't need to surrender your bitcoin. Because you can get and earn with bitcoin so.? That is very hard for me to surrender my bitcoin if that is my situation. Don't leave that bitcoin. Because no one knows that you used a bitcoin. Do not say anything that you used a Bitcoin their country. Keep secret what you are. Be anonymous. 😉 Because Bitcoin is the best earning a real money. I need some suggestions ?

I can not say if the bitcoin is legal to earn or to hold.. but i heard that many people are using bitcoin for illegal activities..
But for me its legal to use but don't use in illegal activity such as buy weapon and drugs online using bitcoin..

if you want to use bitcoin for something illegal then it doesn't matter what laws say about bitcoin itself because even if using bitcoin is legal, you are doing something illegal becaus the act is so.

Basically, Bitcoin is not recognized as legal currency or financial asset in my country.
It's only when I decide to exchange Bitcoin to ''hard'' money as USD and withdraw to my bank account that I have to report it to my tax office as ''second income'' from abroad (and pay tax on this income, of course).

Its wizard bitcoin being something illegal with soo many projects supporting it as casinos, porn websites, faucets, exchange, hosting providers. I believe bitcoin has presence at almost all kind of online market. If it weren't allowed those projects wouldnt be running, the countries may not have a position around bitcoin.
Before bitcoin there are several projects that are illegal, hyip and others Ponzi ways but they keep running and some of them using bitcoin now.

Government in my country has no rules for regulating bitcoins yet. Until and unless you convert bitcoins into fiat, nobody cares what you are doing with them. Though use of bitcoin is criticized by it.
the same for me, i dont worry too much about bitcoins in my country because i know that i will not have any trouble with laws, thats really great as there are no risks at allit is legal to earn and then hold your bitcoins in nearly every country, if country doesnt have any laws on bitcoin then i would definitely not worry about it in my opinion as everything is going to be fine

If you like bitcoin and your country ban it, you can try buy bitcoin using another payment method are like skrill, paypal, okpay and another payment method. And you can buy it on this forum and becareful with scamer. I need some suggestions ?

I think it will be legalized as long as you do not use them for illicit trafficking or making illegal transactions. if in your country there are no regulations that make bitcoin become illegal, then it is perfectly legal

bitcoin is not illegal , but your country is banned using bitcoin , but you can keep it on wallet , may be few years it may become legal also in your country , as the economy is growing differently there will be some changes. if you are getting bitcoin easily keep storing it.

i think it is illegal in only a few countries that are actually banning the bitcoins in order to avoid people using it because as people use bitcoins less fees are taken and so on

I personally wouldn't care much If it was illegal , I would keep using it. (doesn't mean you should do the same though)

and to answer your question, earning bitcoin through jobs (even small jobs like signature campaigns) may be categorized under a business conducted with bitcoin and fall under the same rules so you have to be careful and do it as anonymously as you can.

so i am little afraid of holding my coins too ! that's all.. As far as I understand you can use Bitcoin in Nepal, as long as it's not for payments within businesses in Nepal. But there aren't good sources on this matter. Someone here claims it is illegal, but provides no source.
So, if here were illegal, i would still have my bitcoins... they can't find my bitcoins.

here in my country(brazil) it's ok to have bitcoin but they will eat all of them with taxes... so, i'll never put them on my income tax.
it's a personal decision and i dont encourage others to do the same, i just dont agree with my country's taxes.
