Many states prohibit using bitcoin or cryptocurrency in it.
The main reason is because it can damage the currency used in the country.
Because the price of cryptocurrency cannot be stable like the legitimate currency of the country

So anyway, I applied as a merit source :)
Governments will not create something that goes against their interests. Create a cryptocurrency, and then deal with its spread - what's the point? Since the creation of cryptocurrency, it was known that the government could not control it. Therefore, they could not create it.
Government would not do something that would allow people to publicly access their ledger and find out all their wrongdoing transactions in it. So they would definitely not accept any public ledger system like bitcoin. But they can try something like Monero because its transactions are not properly viewable in amount, we a indication that a transfer has been made is seen which makes it a good black market crypto.

Hence I dont think this topic has any point worth discussing. Governments never liked crypto and they never will do anything to support it.

According to conspiracy theory, Is it possible that the bitcoin was created by governments to gain financial strength in the modern world?

What conspiracy theory and where did you read that conspiracy theory, that's a big contradiction, what government would do such thing, where it becomes a big threat to their system can a communist government or a democratic government create a technology that is a big contradiction to their system, and if a particular government did that there will always a leak on how they create it.

Government does not need to create BTC  in order to control or gain financial strength, government globally has an advantage  to control of the economy, Bitcoin is a digital currency that was developed by Satoshi Nakamoto, Government cannot be against what they built.
Yes, it wouldn't make any sense if governments had created bitcoin as it was created in a decentralized way, totally the opposite of what governments want. You said it very well with your last phrase:
Government cannot be against what they built.
Why would governments create a problem for themselves to solve? It consumes time, money and energy.
Now there is a lot of work to do about crypto currency, they want its implementation, as it's unstoppable, but first they need to create tons of regulations to fit it on their purposes and goals, that is closest as possible to centralization.

I doubt the government will want to create something they have no control over. The government wouldn't want to birth a financial system that gives power to the people since the government aim is to continually keep their citizens in financial check.  Satoshi is a huge mystery though and I will want to leave it at that.
I don't think the government has created bitcoin. In fact, it will face many obstacles in promoting and fomo about Bitcoin from the first days. This plan is really great, but this conspiracy theory is not enough for me to think about it.
I think that creating Crypto will come from terrorists and they want to create an underground market to trade money more easily.

No ways. The fundamentals of bitcoin go against governance. It is the reason bitcoin was created. To take away the need for governance to be involved since the blockchain governs its self through its sh256 algorithm.
With bitcoin, we all have our place play towards the sustainability of the blockchain. Even just using your wallet secures the network. Then there still nodes and things.

I don't think governments create bitcoin, i see bitcoin as a helper for people and a way to make some money if buy when price was down, and also a good option to hold money for long. Governments not want to create something they can't control and also most of them not want to help people.

The theory that states may be involved in the creation of cryptocurrency is not new. However, in my opinion, in this case it will bring them more problems than the advantages that they are going to achieve in this way. Based on this, I do not believe in the involvement of some special services of states in the creation of cryptocurrency. In general, it would be stupid of them. Thus, they undermine their exclusive right to total control over financial flows, that is, practically the elite lose some of their financial power.

I stand with Ukraine.
Does it really matter by whom Bitcoin was created? As long as we can see that there are no backdoors in the protocol, we shouldn't care much about the creator.

Also, there is no "world government" as such. There is nothing like that "Evil United", some conspiracy theorists are constantly talking about. What we have is various regimes competing with each other for influence. And although liberal democracy has been winning the game, we are still far from the point when all those(liberal democratic) states are ruled by one government.

Funny thing, I have watched Mr. Robot, and there I was enlightened that there really is a big possibility that governments and some scum individuals conspire just to hoard money, build a society that they can manipulate or control. This theory cannot be proven yet but the result of this is imminent devastation of how the government have access to the financial control of their country. well, you cannot blame the, this is where we are heading to if not few years from now.

You understand trolling dont you? Nothing serious here but I expect people who post here to know a bit more about how bitcoin is created and not make comments out of the blue that are totaly nonsense. Anyway chill out.

In a sense it does seem so that government can take over bitcoin? But that theoritically cannot happen since we talk about decentralization here. That central control is not supposed to lie in one hand. Again we humans are prone to centralized system like the exchanges that we are using like Binance its a completely anti-bitcoin sentiment. This shows that if you want to function like a normal human being you have to accept centralization inside of decentralization. Seems counter-productive but it is what it is. Pure decentralization cannot happen even today.

I don't think the government created a bitcoin because maybe it's only 1 person or a team or group that possible who created a bitcoin . Because the government against bitcoin not all the government because they have soms of the country governement are against to bitcoin but still unknown who are really created bitcoin.
who created bitcoin until now is still mysterious, but we don't need to worry about it, the most important thing is that bitcoin is the greatest discovery of the century and is able to replace the financial system throughout the world that is obsolete by integrating it into cryptocurrency. so let's not have to worry about who created bitcoin, but we just enjoy the results of the work.
Bitcoin is technological invention, which is not having fix value and price but it is decentralized so people take advantage  of it and buy at low to sell high, so in this kind of situation it is not possible for government to take command over it or to invent it by government, bitcoin is not having any limit as it is independent but government lemmatize everything, so then it must not be profitable.

“Tackling Climate Change Using Blockchain”
I don't see any obvious reason that bitcoin was made by the government itself. Granting it is, how come it is anti-government in some aspects? Bitcoin could take shortcuts in transactions that may prevent payments with taxes. If taxes can possibly be evaded by using bitcoin then  do you think government would get the advantage without people giving them the taxes?  So I think this idea isn't true at all.

Yes I think government created bitcoin, have a look why government created bitcoin :-

Finance their own black operations
Digital currencies were inevitable, and they preferred bitcoin to some potentially more malevolent form.

I don't think that bitcoin is made by the government, if the government that makes it must have more specific provisions and will not be anonymous. Bitcoin is created because of truly high-quality ideas for the future and will develop well in modern technology.
It was created in 2009 and not sure if you would want to call that modern technology development since once time passes everything starts to become old. Yes it is being developed even more and blockchain technology is what is being worked on. Still the future aspects of bitcoin and blockchain are obviously bullish to me. Cheesy

I personally am not sure that the government will create or make bitcoin. the problem is that the government's task is too much and not just managing bitcoin, and I think that bitcoin will not be created by the government
Lol are you insane? Bitcoin is created by mining the blockchain blocks and nobody creates them at their own will not even the government. Have you even heard of mining? Or are you posting here to complete you daily posting quota? This thread is about a different topic not the creation of every coin. Tongue
Agreed with the quote, bitcoin is created by the mining process. But, the initial step is being done by Satoshi. In recent days there were more statements stating governments were the one behind this innovation. This isn't accepted by majority of the users. Also there isn't any need to question about the posting quota of an user.
