IMO, the ICO craze already passed. 2017 was the best year for ICO's.
Now, even good solid projects with team's with excellent track records are having a hard time completing ICOs.

I'd rather just participating bounties than investing from it. In investing its always a risk, we dont if the ico is succesful or not.
