At the moment Bitcoin is unstoppable and it's quite risky to buy high. I believe it's the right time to buy altcoins as most of the altcoins are not moving in satoshi form. I believe once bitcoin start consolidating altcoins will start fly so one can consider buying altcoins now.
Nobody has a crystal ball to know surely the right time to buy alts, it's all speculation IMO. The most important is invest in fundamentals and progressive alts not only hyped ones. Currently ethereum is holding it's price strong and many more deployment to come hence the value of ETH right now is undervalued hence whether you got in when it was $150 or now, you would still be making a sensible choice as long as you are not aiming for short term gains.
Many of the traders are focusing more on Bitcoin right now I'm still not quite sure if its worth investing to altcoins right now I don't see any signs that the altcoins will follow the Bitcoins price and hype.
I'm sure altcoin will soon follow the price increase like Bitcoin, because as happened in 2017 when the price of Bitcoin increased very high then the price of altcoin increased very high too and I'm sure this will also happen for now, so all we need to do is be patient and hold altcoin that we have, because I believe altcoin price will definitely increase very high and of course it will give us a big profit, so if you haven't invested in altcoin then now is the right time to buy altcoin and my advice is better for you to invest in the top 100 altcoin on coinmarketcap.
Look at how litecoin is performing well along side btc, i know some people must have ask themselves the same question few days back, others also hesitate to buy btc at 19k thinking it will correct back down but the market is showing something different from what we all thought, to me, there is no right time to buy a good coin, all you need is be sure the coin is worth long term hold.
and it was exactly the same as how I felt before when I had savings and planned to buy bitcoin for $ 19k at that time. but I thought it would go down and I was waiting to buy when it was $ 17k .. but the current rise in bitcoin is unexpected, and maybe if I change my mind, I will buy at the current price or try to place in the top altcoin pair.

In my opinion, it is difficult to predict the right time to buy altcoins but you can take advantage of the market and liquidity charts and analytics to provide a fairly accurate approach to when altcoin prices will rise and fall so that you can make a sound decision before investing of course, with notes, you must use your own analysis and financial arrangements wisely.
The very significant movement of bitcoin today does not carry altcoins like bitcoin, and that doesn't mean everyone and investors don't trust altcoins.

Its always a right time to buy if your going to invest into altcoin but before doing so and many have said this before research and spread your capital, bitcoin is going crazy but altcoin is still putting its shoes if by chance BTC ever reach 30K we might see some altcoin movement since the price is becoming expensive other investors with low capital will look for another way to earn from bull run.

Its really true that we could not find any sign that altcoin will follow the trend but we all know we can see a alt season after a huge trend of btc on up .However i think btc will be the best choice always and altcoin will give you some profit always when you are mostly patience and hold your asset to sell in a good position .Yes i am saying it is the right time to invest on alt cause a huge trend are coming to the up when btc is being bullish. 
Majority of the altcoins are making sound just because of BTC, I have noticed several times only if BTC goes up altcoins follow it if goes down it follows again so the dependency is still on.

After you profit from bitcoin, you can allocate some amount of money to buy altcoin because I think you still have time to buy the altcoin.
But if you want to buy the top 25 coins list, I suggest you wait for a while because I see that some altcoins already increase, and if you insist on buying the altcoin, you can buy at a high price and I think that is not good for you.

The BTC has made history today and broke its all time high record. It is currently trading around $ 20500 to 20600. BTC Dominance Index is around 65% which is very High. I personally think that it is the Right time to take entry in Good Alt coins ( Ranking from 2 to 20 on coinmarketcap). I believe that History of 2017 will be repeated soon. We will soon witness Huge rally in Alts. It should happen when BTC will stabilize around current levels and BTC dominance Index comes down to below 60%.
I'm not sure if the altcoins were in bull trend now but if it's now I think this is a good time to buy altcoins now but I'm still not sure since some of the coins are already in bull trend now maybe it's a good way to still jump on investment to altcoins.

When whole crypto market is sleeping as dead as stone then no one enters into crypto at all. Lolz. But when market starts moving upwards and when it's too late to enter in then everybody ask whether is it right time to buy or not.
It's not, virtually its worst time to enter because market has already reached at peak level where we might just start bell curve and market will start moving downwards. Think wisely before you invest today or until market does not get stabilised.

Every time when the prices keep rising and rising, everybody gets interested as the media starts publishing articles about crypto. Even people with no knowledge are now again getting interested (same situation as in 2017). People always seek easy money and some believe they can have that right now with crypto.

Yesterday, the movements of altcoins are not adhering to how bitcoin behaves, as what I can see now on Coinmarketcap, altcoin season is also getting in as they follow Bitcoin's price increase. I can say, it is not late to buy altcoin now, there are some altcoins that are profitable in which we can enter to gain profit, just make sure that it belongs to the top 100 from Coinmarketcap as most of the people are also just looking at these potential altcoins especially those who missed riding Bitcoin and ETH during this ATH.
Currently, bitcoin price has broken through its ATH, so I think in the near future, altcoin prices will be pumping high. however, I'm currently going to focus more on finding additional altcoins so I don't miss that train. well, for me this is the perfect time for that.
Well, I hope that this could be the start of altcoin season which we longer wait to come out from the dark. It is really good to anticipate the market movement and take the opportunity while it is still at a low price. Yeah, I can't hide that I was really disappointed that even Bitcoin is reaching its new ATH but altcoins still remain at low.

The problem is if you keep this idea on your mind up to now,as the assurance of continues increase is nothing to do with this.

If you keep on asking for when is the right tune to buy alts, then it was ay back when they were just a few cents cost. You know if you are doubtful in making decisions whether you would make a mistake in making one, then you don't have it. There's too much risk of being a gambler, so we should be ready or else we would've just wasting our time thinking. When i feel like buying I buy but when someone's ask me to, then it is another question and needs further analysis whether to.
