Well, over the past six months, even with such a low rate of bitcoin, indeed, many coins began to grow sharply. Coin XYO, CHT made a good growth. I think Still, even with such a bad market, there are good coins that still grow
I think the market was too long in flat and/or dump and it cannot continue forever, so there will be bull run soon(maybe micro 
but it will be anyway). Too many people are out of market(in USDT and other stable coins) waiting for situation to figure out so they can buy.

I don't think the bull run has started at all. still too far away to reach it. maybe in another 4 to five months we will find a bull run
Unfortunately, the bear market stagnated. The price is waiting for large investors. Once the money will come for whom the bulls for so long down the market. The price rises. The main thing is to wait and not give up.
Last year around this time we were watching the bull run happen, most likely it will start in December, if it starts, but I'm not as hopeful as before, I'm glad I don't buy in ATH, like many, but I would always like to see the market in a good shape, so I also hope it recovers soon but in a stable and controlled way.
It is not, we are now in a bear market and we are likely going to be here for a long while. Bears are always known to last the longest and while we are at it then the coins might even go down further than they already have at this point. The market just needs to remain stable at this rate and then once the volumes start to pick up then we can start to talk about a bull market

I hope for that to happen and I hope many investors will invest because surely it will change the price. If it is the start of the bull run then that's great news because the long waiting is over and I hope its a good start to all cryptocurrency. Bull run will surely happen but the only problem is no one will know when it happen. Just be patient all the time because and be optimistic to what ever happen.I hope too...I regret I did not get bought coins like litecoin,vertcoin or viacoin when they were very very low in 2015...there is a good dose of luck of course, but you must always do your own researches...for example watch Elicoin in livecoinwatch , is not an ICO or bounty... it's a coin with low mc, low supply, PoW whit cpu, no premine, active dev...only trading it on CREX24 for now...do you own researches in the thread in bitcointalk: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/anneli-elicoin-cpu-mining-only-exchange-available-3028302... people are too stupid for DYOR and got scammed by ICO or bounty...just my 2 cents...hope it helps...cheers
I don't think bullrun will start now though the market seems to have reached its lowest limits. I think the market will continue to be stable like this for a while which in the long run leads us to the much awaited bullish trends.

I think the addition of me is Stellar and Cardano because the transaction volume is still the top 10 in coinmarketcap and another reason is now the community of the two coins is increasingly known

I think it is not the start of the bull run because still the price of the other coins are not increasing, and also still the market is not stable yet to call it a bull run. Today the price increase but tomorrow it will dump again. So I think it is not the sign of the bull run of the market.

We don't seem to say this as the Bullrun phase, and I think the three coins that you mentioned, aren't right to be used as benchmarks for the growth of cryptocurrency other than BTC and ETH.
BTC is setting up for a big move soon, that's for sure.
Yes, it's true. Even the value of bitcoin this year still far better than in previous years.
I probably think that it is the start of the bull run, because of these coins that is going up on a high. Hopefully, the bull run will start in no time. I hope you guys are full in bags already and just waiting for a big run soon.

I do think that it is not yet the start of recovery given that the market value is still on red marks for most of the cryptos. As such, holding is still advisable. Do not sell for now in order to not regret making hasty actions. Wait for the increase to be continuous before making such conclusion to not be disappointed. Avoid investing for now since the market still has no positive direction.
For me it's a yes, because I saw lot of altcoins pumping now with good volumes. I also heard and read positive news about bitcoin at end of the year. Actually compare the market situation 2 years ago we still lucky in our current situation. What we are expecting now is to reach the all time high of the market which is impossible now.
I've also saw a bit high price jump in the last few days, but today it look like it dropping a little again.
So i think the bull run isn't started at this time, i hope next month it will occur
