It's good if more people think of investing in Bitcoin, but Bitcoin isn't the only coin that can make profit, in this bear market it's a great idea to buy more strong coin like BTC, eth or xrp,if we can support more on Bitcoin then the outcome will be better but some investors prefer to diversify and try their luck on ICO, because sometimes ICO could give them a lot of profit more than they invest in bitcoin

don't just have to focus on bitcoin, but you can also invest in large altcoins like EOS and ETH. The Altcoin also has potential that is not inferior to Bitcoin.

I think ethereum is still a promising coin and can still make a profit. Bitcoin is the main one, but for profit I don't just focus on bitcoin.
you are right, today the price of Ethereum has increased by more than 10% and has reached position 2 in the coinmarketcap. I hope this is a sign if market conditions will recover soon.

Future of Security Tokens
Each investor has his own strategy and inclinations, being fixed on bitcoin alone means ignoring the thousands of developers who are constantly working on the blockchain technology so as to maximize it's potential.
There are many gems besides bitcoin, which provide value on investment, in it's applications and monetary aspects.

Also worth buying some XRP (personal opinion, not an advice in any way).
Why would people do that? Mind explaining?

I have nothing against you personally, but XRP has by far the worst "community" behind it. Shills are rehashing the same nonsense hashtags on every social media platform for like a year and it seems to get only worse.

The same goes up for Cardano. If you look at which 'top altcoins' have lost most of their value, then it's both XRP and Cardano. In other words, it's a desperate attempt to get rid of their bags.

XRP doesn't contribute to what makes crypto popular to begin with, and I don't see why the SEC wouldn't classify it as a security. It drives on what Ripple (the main company) does and reacts to nearly everything. It is a security.

What is the point of creating coins and then the last going without return?where is lot of coins for example (WeTrust /bch........... lot of coin in bittrex and poloniex and other exchange before some month)!!!!!!
I am not in favor of having so tokens/coins and I also think 98% of them are useless. But there are some digital moneys that compared to BTC, BTC is so weak. You should not crush the rest of this and there are projects that have the power to change our future.

The Standard Protocol - Solving Inflation
It depends on your strategy to get the best results from crypto, and although bitcoin is the main coin but I am not interested in placing investment only in bitcoin, and I think altcoin is still good for profit.

Is it time to sell Ethereum & all coins , and buy Bitcoin

It's always time to dump crap and buy Bitcoin.

Historically altcoins have performed like leveraged Bitcoin, so they could have been used to generate massive profits. The key is to not become a fanboy and only view them as tools.

This pattern still hold today, but it can't hold forever - there's no place in this world for thousands of coins, and altcoins keep failing to find users who'd adopt them for their unique features like, for example, smart contracts. So, now might be a good time to start seriously thinking about dumping alts.

Yes its always better sell the shit coins and buy bitcoin but I am not saying ETH as a shit one it is too a promising coin and was a tough competitor for BTC last year, Guys stop buying tokens and other crap stuffs and don't lose your hard earned money. It's always better to trust the king of coins as it's popularity and dominance high.

No one knows the true answer to this question and everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Personally there are a handful of alts I believe will outperform BTC but the majority I believe will not, I'm diversified across those and bitcoin.

bitcoin must be separated from eth and all coins
it IS separated from eth or any other altcoin! it was never connected anyways!

true but as long as there is profit (or in this case hope of making a profit even if it is mostly loss) they won't stop their fraudulent activities because people will continue to fall for it with that hope.

People must stop investing in eth and other coins , all funds of icos or coins of future must be turned into bitcoin
you can not dictate what other people do with their money. it is a free market and they invest their money in anything they want, in most cases they throw it away but it is still their choice. not to mention that pump and dump altcoins such as ETH are always super profitable during their pumps and super destructive during their dumps.
so i guess a better suggestion would be to be wise and only trade them to make the profit.

i think etf must approved for bitcoin only and soon
why? SEC has given no indication of changing their mind. and why would you even care about it?!!

Mentioning ETF well I believe it is a quite important decision actually, many think it will be accepted eventually. So I think short term investors should definitely care about this decision. It could happen in two months from now, and we could see a big pump after that.

Agree with the rest of your post, Bitcoin was never linked with Ethereum in any way, just some insiders taking advantage of Bitcoin to issue forked coins (Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold, etc) to get free money out of it.

The statement was only half correct. It is definitely worth dumping coins for bitcoin, but only the shitcoins like bitcoincash / SV and other crap that offers nothing. Keep things like ethereum as it has real world use and not just as a store of value

I have not much faith in ETH. From my experience in the stock market, when you think a stock has hit the bottom, sometimes it is still possible to dig even deeper and lower. So I would be careful with ETH, in my opinion it will either die or go back up but I won't risk any further penny in it.

Bitcoin has a strong base. It has big supporters, it has publicity, support in countries such as Japan, Singapore.

Also worth buying some XRP (personal opinion, not an advice in any way).

I really don't think that people should sell all their coins now, there are still a lot of promising projects, and the coins should value more over time. I also think you are right that people should buy bitcoin, but if possible buy it from other sources and sell only coins that they think will never grow and may fall after time. Next year i think the bitcoin will value over 30,000$ so will be a good investment.

The only reason people buy and hold altcoins is because they are jealous at bitcoin early investors and want to feel what they felt by buying "the next bitcoin" and hope it goes as high as bitcoin goes.

The sooner they understand this is physically impossible and just isn't going to happen because none of the existing coins deliver a fundamental improvement in technology enough to replace bitcoin, and understand the fact that the chances that a new technology that supersedes bitcoin in every way isn't going to happen in our lifetimes, they will dump altcoins and go all in on bitcoin.

It's ok to speculate a little bit with alts, but the people going around telling that their shitcoin will replace bitcoin are straight scammers and they will pay.

In an ideal world people wouldn't mess around with shitcoins, but we're not living in an ideal world. On top of that, exchanges are incentivized to promote them, which automatically makes people more interested in them, because they want to buy the next Bitcoin or Etherem.

By the time Bitcoin goes up, altcoins go up harder and people know that. We're seeing already that people slowly but surely position themselves in altcoins to ride the market up. It's just the way it is. I stopped caring about it, and so should others do. If they want to gamble on altcoins, so be it, let them burn through their money.

Another point is that most of the average joes have a bias towards diversification, so there you have another reason why people won't get rid of altcoins.
