Indeed it's crucial that transaction fees lower again and speed lifts up, but that we know only fore sure after the first week of august.
On the other hand, btc is since May in a trading pattern with huge swings (30% from tops to bottoms), if this trading pattern continues or breaks depends on the above.
Another possibility is that the major traders will be "selling the news" and take profits after the news is clear and then we can have a retracement.
This can be a good buying opportunity.

Although the current price is so high it does not make you lose money investing in bitcoin because you're late, actually it's never too late to buy and invest in bitcoin because bitcoin prices will always rise from year to year. So you can get a profit

Thats practically correct, as what majority bitcoin user speculated the peak of bitcoin in its highest value is not yet meet. In future it will happen.

it is in fact not too late but still good time to buy bitcoin because after august 1st it will become difficult to buy bitcoin again at that price. i think very soon after 1st August the price of bitcoin willl boost and will easily cross the all time high price. and the will proceed furthere.

Yes, I think now is a very good time to buy Bitcoin. There are lots of peoples waiting for August 1 to buy Bitcoin and winners are those who have bought Bitcoins before that time.

Even a person buys Bitcoin after August 1, again is winner. But the profit will be smaller.

Yes, I do believe on that too, that having or buying bitcoin is not yet late, despite the fact that bitcoin is getting low value now still supporters come, it is just because of those sellers that totally panic due to the event that we expect will happen. But I guess it is not late to buy more coin, all we need to do is just wait for the up coming rise up of its value.

What do you mean? There is no late time to buy bitcoin. There is still opportunity to get bitcoins and exchanges are open all the way up to us. Exchanges are not closed.

This, many newbies have the impression they are going to buy bitcoin and then for some reason the price is going to double in a matter of hours and they are going to get easy profits and that is not the way it works most of the time the price will fluctuate and sometimes it is going to go against you, then they panic and they sell and loss money.

They need to understand that bitcoin is a very volatile investment and they need to be ready to hold when the price is down.
