It is never too late to invest in a developing project. In 2018 there will be more NEO ICO's.
This is a good time to buy NEO. NEO is currently sitting at $37.50. That is a low point in price already for NEO because it went as high as $46 or even more. Buying now will probably give you a decent gain when NEO's value will bounce back, especially to the level of $40. In terms of Bitcoin value, it has been very low already. It might even go below 300,000 sats. NEO will definitely recover considering that the community at its back is huge.
I think it will explode in 2018. I think the $ 100 should be. It is not an investment recommendation.

I think it's a bit too late to buy NEO especially that it has a market value of 38$ per coin now. But if you look at the graph, the market value started to fall a bit and if this will continue, it'll be a good timing to invest on it because this coin has a potential for another price hike. With a market cap of 2.4B USD, it's a good sign of putting your money on this altcoin.
It not too late for everyone, it depend on what type trading you are. If you do long term invest then we can but it any time and ignore it. If you do short term then it too late to buy Neo.

I could remember when Ethereum was $35, I said the price is too high and I let it pass today it is close to $500 and people are speculating it could hit $1000 soon when BTC rally stops

Nope, you are very wrong. The fact the neo token still become very good investment for those are like to staking their coin to get the emission as the return and i can become their passive income. 
I think these levels are suitable for buying. Yes, we may be late but nothing is over.
I have long looked at this coin. She attracts me, I think that soon we will see her rise to 100-150 usd.
i dont think its late, but neo is considerd as the etherium of china and that dragon country is known for its uncertaninity things, so we guys need to see the way china behaves with the crypto world, if china gives positive signels towards crypto, then neo can grow hundreds of times more

It's never too late since alternate coins do share their own ups and downs. You can invest on it at even today's price at $35 but this coin seems to be very potential to push its market price even further.

Neo is good to buy right now. With price at 327,000 sats or $33. They call it the ''Ethereum of China". Because it is based on Ethereum blockchain, and using smart contract also. And no need to worry about having it's value dumps like those alts because they are under control. 50% of the tokens are with NEO team. So it is like a "share", like in those "stocks"in a company.

if you would buy neo on a great sale... today I saw neo 4$ at bitfinex flash crash, whhoah that was hot deal. Unfortunately not bought

I wouldn't say it's too late. NEO is founded 15 months ago and make X2000 profit from the beginning. Market Cap for NEO $2.168.172.500, and this number is quite high. I think the price will be around $40 by the end of this year.
