Buying bitcoins is always expensive. When people bought bitcoin at $ 300 it seemed a huge amount. Now when the bitcoin price to $ 18,000 is the price they paid seems ridiculous. So it was and always will be. Next year when the price of bitcoin will be about $ 40,000, many will regret that did not buy it for $ 20,000. Everything is relative.
Same old things mate, as long as people didn't understand how the system works and why the value keeps growing then we will keep reading same reason, its better to research and know everything about bitcoin before regretting something. i you can handle the risk then investing any time will bring
good result after.

Well for me, it is still not too late to invest in bitcoin if you are looking in the long run. Although the price of bitcoin now is quite expensive, but we are sure that it will still continue to increase in the future. Don't get easily swayed by what you read in the forum that bitcoin will crash anytime soon. We need to be positve and have the guts to take the risk.

Hey guys.

Newbie to the forum here... :3

I've been wanting to invest in Bitcoin since the 3k$ mark. But I just haven't had the time, yes I know it was a big mistake waiting...
But I have about 4000$ to invest into Bitcoin (It's currently sitting with shares, will take a few days to pull out), I was wondering is it too late to invest it? Will it still grow? Will we see a big drop/crash soon?
My shares barely profit, if I make a few $$,$$$'s from Bitcoin, I would be more than happy since it would be doing better than my shares my advisor put me on.

I'm happy with Bitcoin, alt coins are too unstable for me in my opinion, and they have a much higher risk than Bitcoin.
Is it too late to invest?

This question has been asked over and over again. If you can see the chart, every month and every year Bitcoin's price increase has been impressive. Specially this year with 17x the growth from january. Theres never too late for investing in Bitcoin, all you just need is the perfect timing when to buy and when to sell. So, there will be a huge speculation that Bitcoin may undergo price correction next year. Be always on the watch, it may happen anytime soon and that would be a perfect time to buy in.

It is never too late to invest in bitcoin. invest anytime when you have the money to.
Bitcoin price will continue to grow higher and higher as many are buying and the demand is higher than the supply.

Yeah if you consider bitcoins as a long term investment then its never late to buy bitcoins as with limited supply it will take price much higher in future but if you are looking for shot term benefits then buying at now can be risky as price can fall in coming days and to make profits from it you need to wait longer.
Before investing make a firm decision first in bitcoin. For me if for long term still not too late to invest, price will be going uptrend in the future. As most said btc will be go to the moon by upcoming years.

Be careful with the over-bullish advice you are giving the OP, everyone. Remember, he is a newbie, and I believe Bitcoin will be in for another big correction. Plus we do not want him to buy at the top and panic sell when traders start pushing the price down.

I think everyone has the right to give a prediction, it is a normal thing to happen. We do not see that he is a beginner or an experienced person. Everyone has the right to do so because that determines is the method of analysis done. Investing in Bitcoin for me is not too late because we have a chance to make a profit.

Investing in Bitcoin can be anytime and I am confident that Bitcoin will continue to grow, It is a principle that says we believe in Bitcoin. But for some people there must be a dubious. It is a choice and a decision is in each of us.

Yes but we should not be so bullish that all we tell newbies is to "buy buy buy!". We should be responsible enough to tell them what is really happening. Plus they should be careful, especially now with some people starting to mortgage their homes to buy Bitcoins. I believe we are in bubble territory.

I know it's not late. Bitcoin is just starting to show its tremendous potential so buying now would be a good decision. However, if you'll ask me whether to go in to Bitcoin, I would prefer ETH, BCH, or LTC. Not just they are cheaper that Bitcoin but also they are showing great potential as well. Though Bitcoin is the best coin there is, buying a small amount would give you small profits also.

nope it is not too late bro you can still invest now because if you're looking for a long term then right now is still the best time to invest but if you are looking for a short term investment then you should wait till the price crash again.
It is a speculation for now that we should expect a crash sooner or later. Sure, it is expected because right now the market is in a parabolic state. It is good to invest now for sure, but just in case you see the price dip later on, you should understand that getting scared will make you lose out in the long run.

It is not a HYIP scheme and people right now are just getting in because they want to get rich overnight and that is bad, so make sure you are not in the same shoe as those people that I just mentioned.

This is the important thing, understanding the market you are getting in to. Bitcoin is in a strange state and many are expecting a crash but it could surge to 100k before such a thing happens. If you invest now you are taking a bigger risk probably than at some previous times but there is also great potential returns. If you are comfortable with risk and won't panic at the first signs of danger then go for it. Even if we see a crash, in a few years time after that we will surely recover.

If someone told me few years ago that bitcoin price will grow so fast - I would never belive, now they say it will grow even faster, but you know what - I still dont belive. This is the main problem of all traders.

Never too late cause you didnt even join at a small amount of price like me i did know bitcoin but choose to ignore it. Not like you know its legit because it is growing popularity.
For now it is kind of risky if but only if you want a good price for now. My advice is to speculate on the value and wait up on the lowered value of it and take advantage of it while it is still fresh in short buy it for a small price.

ABSOLUTELY NOT the train is still sitting at the station. Bitcoin along with other cryptos are still in their very early stages and not yet “accepted” by the majority of society. Think about it, if you were to walk outside and ask a 10 people if they knew anything about bitcoin the answer would most likely be no and if they do know what it is they don’t know much about it if anything at all.

invest money that you can afford to lose.
Yeah mate you are right it is not late just get onto the train and you will start achieving good piece of profit and sooner the train of bitcoin will move like bullet train and getting on it will be costly in future so avail the chances to get millions in future and I am not making false statement you can see the prices curves this year and all is impressive so don’t wait enter the world of profit to earn as much as you can so decide fast,

first off, take anything you read on this forum with a grain of salt. we have our share of trolls on both sides: permabulls who think BTC will become the world's reserve currency next week, and permabears who are still talking about triple-digits.

personally, i hate when people ask me for advice about entries. in a long term speculative sense, i think it's always a good time to buy some BTC if you don't own any at all. cryptocurrency will transform the world economy and at some point, i believe there will be a very large transfer of wealth from today's economic powerholders to the crypto-rich. on what timeline that takes place? i don't know. the 2013 rally is a good example: buying at $1000 looked like a great idea on the way up. but then you had to sit through 3 years of market action to see any returns on it.

Will we see a big drop/crash soon?

it's impossible to say when it will happen. i wouldn't be surprise to see a blow-off top into $25,000+ first. but i think there will be an epic crash in the next couple months. i have $$ waiting on the exchanges to buy the blood.

It's all about risk management in every type of investment, especially here where you really need close followup as price spikes are a very common occurrence. One thing you should remember though is that in most investments, long term > short term gains. It's all about holding.
