I think it is not about China or other governments, it is related with all market conditions. Never mind what china says they are always talking about ban, if market recover then we can see 50-100 dollar again soon.

I cannot agree with the statement that NEO is a sleeping giant. It is a well-known and very popular cryptocurrency that has lost a lot due to the bearish market. It will gain when the bulls come.
