I think neo is better investment for long term it will give GAS for holding NEO but for 150$ it will be very less . In other part ADA is having great team and awesome solution even involved one of the ethereum founder but only thing is that its having huge supply.
You should choose NEO because it has higher trading volumes than ADA.

You have very small investment and the above mentioned both the coins are superb and at present undervalued.both are supported by well experienced development team.both are good by technology wise.in $150 you can buy only two NEO and lot of ADA.if you invest now you have to hold them for coming 1-2 years if you wanna get handsome profit.
Actually you investing in NEO will have to be patient enough for you to have your profit, NEO worth investing in if you can hold for long, but not for short term investment.
I dont think it is anymore for short term, however like other cryptos i believe they will increase in price in the long run

Yep Neo has alreasy estabilished in the crypto scene. But at the moment all coins are suffering due to bitcoin. But when bitcoin recovers neo will see new ath so if you are convinced by the project its a good buy oppurtunity for all investors !

If you are planning to invest in ICO then buy NEO. If you are planning to trade or hodl, then I don't think there would be any difference. I think Neo will be a good and promising addition to your portfolio if you can summon the courage needed to get it when you still can. There are many more people who also thinks that ETH is best altcoin ever and they are finding it beneficial in terms of using it for the transactions, paying people and getting paid as well. Most of the ICO are using it for their internal fund raising and thus it forms the #1 currency to invest in. As such NEO has also out-performed in very short period of time and it has been ATH to 130 USD + but that was long back ago now. The current situation is different. ETH is down and people know very well how far it can go (ATH=1200+) thus it has got more advantages and more popularity as well. I think will stick to ETH.
