There are a lot of altcoin decrease the price and if you want to invest, you can invest your money especially in ethereum because the price of ethereum drop a lot and this is the time that many investors are waiting.
I can't say that it is now but you have the opportunity to buy it from low price and anyone will be given an opportunity to invest in ethereum.
