Very difficult to say, as there are no signs yet that the bear market is coming to an end.
It may depend on which coin you are thinking of buying - ETH is very low against BTC at the moment, so might be a good time to buy and then trade it back to BTC when it has risen.
In dollar terms it's more difficult.

You dont know when to buy in the market as the price will go high or low.
What we need to see is how the token or coin we will buy in the market? are they project good to stay long>
will they rise and get more demands fro the people? what is their project? will people use it?

I think it's wise to buy some coins right now and just handle it as an long term investment. Maybe consider investing in security tokens, as those are less volatile and the value is based on a company's performance

If you believe in crypto buying now is a good time for long term investment. However if you are just looking for profits you should wait a while more to see if you will enter the market now.

Right time to invest on crypto for me. As well as I will suggest to you also, it's right time to invest. Most of coin are yearly dip including Bitcoin. So for what you should wait ? If Bitcoin drop to 3K people's will predict for 2K. If Bitcoin raise 4K people's will predict for 5K. How are you going to trust them? No one can exactly say where is the dip. But if you compare on yearly chart then this is dip session. I don't think we can see again this kind of market condition although it's my own opinion. But it might be happen. Personally I am not expecting Bitcoin will drop less then 3K. So you must be take little risk. If you still waiting then may be you will buy on 5K zone.

I do not know about being a good time to buy but what I do know is that many coins are very much undervalued right now. If you decide to buy, do not go all in, buy in small amounts so you will still have some funds if the market goes down even further.

First thing when investing, don't ask other people on when to invest your money on cryptocurrencies, it should only be your decision. As you have enough capital to invest in the altcoin you want, I don't think it's a problem if you invest now. because in my opinion the current market price can still be affordable and cheap. Smart traders are able to take advantage of the current market situation to invest as much as possible.
