In my opinion, this is the right time to buy coins and invest them, you can analyze some coins which are good for investment, start investing now and you will enjoy the results later
There is no time yo wait. If you have the funds, tie it down to good quality cryptocurrency like bitcoin, ethereum and likes. The interesting thing about buying now is the opportunity to buy low and thereby lowering your entry price!
in fact there is no difference between you buying at any time, but most importantly you should be able to see opportunities. Because you buy on the exchange, buy a lot. and you have to research it before you buy.

Its a matter of choice and we dont know the output if its infavor for us or not in thing we do here like buying and selling of your coin or token. But for me, id rather do buying even risky as all alts is in cheap prices due to deep market situation but making sure to buy those coin with more potential to grow so that on your time selling the profit is more clearer and worthy.
probably the best time to buy it will be the year 2020 because so many events are planned for it

You can invest now while the price are still cheap because we are not so sure about the future and the price of some good altcoins might be more expensive next year. Invest a little now, study coins you want to invest in and don’t depend to any advice when it comes to investing because the risk is getting higher now so equip yourself with the right knowledge. 
Why not just start buy some from now and you can keep accumulating your investment in 2 weeks or 1 month later?

Investors are not bullish though in general, we have a sell off on stocks and on bonds too, things are very strange..
I think this is the time to buy more because in my prediction this is the last time have a dip prices in the market and i felt that the bull run is near, take a look at the previous year of 2017 all of us are surprisingly that the bitcoin price up almost $20k in a short period of time.

You'll surely be adviced to wait for a little longer. Investing at this point despite of being tempting, would be risky. There is no assurance that recovery would really happen next year and as such it would be a better thing to do to playsafe and to not be that much greedy. This could be a golden time of investinf but can also be turned into a gamble.

You have ti wait but if you can now try to diversify your amount into the various bottom to counter the rebound of the cryptocurrency. Basically, you don't know how much price for the bottom of crypto and this could be the main reason you must try to buy a little bit in various bottom price dude.
