every time down is a good time to enter. However, if I will invest a large sum of money in it, I will probably wait a few more months. The technical bits do not make sense to me because I'm just looking for money but apparently there are still unresolved issues about block size, most people are looking for a solid and better long-term investment and whether it's in last week's decline, today after a 6 month hike from now on ATH, ... this is a good time to buy bitcoin.

There is definite signs of improvement in the bitcoin price market. Current price is around $3757. It is quite possible to see bitcoin back to 4k to 5k or more. Given biggest players from finance sector are eying this lucrative market.

Yes it is the best time to buy for bitcoin because the price is low and I believe it will boom in the near future. Bitcoin will not die and it will still give people a good return of investment. Yeah, anytime we can buy bitcoin as long as you deserve to take a risk the money that you're going to invest. Because nowadays even its price really affected of what happen on those countries involving crypto currency related, I mean bitcoin now slowly going down, but it doesn't matter which we knew already that it will going back it usual price in high amount nor much higher price to rise .

I think now is a good time, in that is has gone down so much that at least you didn't buy in January. So if you've been waiting, then now is a great time.
Right now bitcoin is around 6K & we can say a favorite time to buy bitcoin in a dip, but I think in this dip we have to split our assets into some different coins like BTC, ETH etc…

the description of best to buy differs on each trader how ever the most common meaning of best is when the risk is worth the try its when the probability of the price to increase is much higher than the decrease usually its learn through the several experience you made in the trades you have failed, back to the ques the I think this is the best time also for me even though bitcoin still has the chance to drop at $4000 I'm willing to take the risk.
