There is definite signs of improvement in the bitcoin price market. Current price is around $3757. It is quite possible to see bitcoin back to 4k to 5k or more. Given biggest players from finance sector are eying this lucrative market.

i think now is the best time to buy bitcoin since their prices are pretty low and i expect that it will pup up for a few months and we all will gain and reach our profit.

What makes you feel the general public is reluctant to purchase bitcoin? Have you checked the trade volume and compare with recent months? Even the account on coinmarketcap exclude trade volume over the counter. The aim of the manipulation is to confuse you that the public is losing interest in cryptocurrency, whereas some are purchasing more with fiat for the next bull run.
This is the time i see as the best time to invest if only there is enough money you can locate to cryptocurrencies. I have made investments in coins i trust and hope they become hit in the nearby future.

It was really the best time to invest in Bitcoin to sell it later but nobody could guess it. Now, it is also not the worst period to buy BTC.
yes, I agree with you, now bitcoin price is down, so don't have to wait for the price of bitcoin to go more than lower, so now buy bitcoin & hold it for future when the price will increase.
