If not now then i don't know unless you tell me you sense a further dip in the market but sincerely speaking now is the best to get some potential Alt in stock for the future.
That's right because by buying altcoins that have high potential, it certainly will produce for all of us, because bitcoin is still difficult to get profits into trading, so by buying altcoins it's better to earn income
not if you want to buy and then hold it, just imagine if you buy 2 bitcoins then you hold it until the price of bitcoin recovers then your profit can be more than 200% because the price of bitcoin is very cheap compared to its highest price and bitcoin still has the opportunity to achieve it.bitcoin only need time, so if you want to wait then you will get more benefits than what altcoin can provide
For sure lot of tokens get decrease so it's better to buy and hold but never forget to take the risk before you are gonna buy those altcoins maybe it have a chance to decrease again.
indeed the current decline is the right time to buy an altcoin and then hold it until the price rises high, but before buying altcoin must first consider the risks that might be faced, for now it's better to buy potential coins on the market
Ofcourse Yes, for now. it's time to buy ALTCoins because the market price is very low. I personally recommend just buy powerfull coins like Ethereum, Ripple and Cardano etc..
I say YES for quality ALTs with working teams and good vision. I think Cardano, Stellar are a couple of good ones!

Yes, for now, the coin I think it's time to buy because the market price is very low. Cardano and Stellar have very good teams and developers are still very active. I personally don't just want to buy these two coins but buy Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, and EOS.
As for me, now is the time to get into some coins or tokens you think have great prospects. Please note that it's not an investment advise, because I'm not your financial advisor. Look at some top coins which dipped significantly and get some. Also look outside the box for some gems which can do well in future.

In my opinion it would be better to buy after Ethereum did HF because I felt the price would drop very much after that moment, but that was only my prediction and if the current price drops, it would be better to buy for short-term trading. aim. to do long-term hodl except Ethereum which in the near future will experience HF.

The reason why people buying ALT because the bitcoin price already to high for the investor who has a small fund. Basically they will invest at young project with some cheap price to gain a maximum profit

There are so many opportunities to make money with altcoins, which are not limited only to price movement across the market.

It is really a good time to buy some altcoins like Ethereum, BTC cash, ripple, Neo, Cardano, or any top 20 altcoin cryptocurrencies. I think BTC will now make a steady progress and grow gradually from here.

I think this is a good time to start buying altcoins. because altcoin has reached the lowest price point. it's very good to saved altcoin top 10 coinmarketcap in my opinion
the problem is to find the new coin that can do a big % of price grow...we must look for coins that are not ico or bounty but people are too stupid for this....I regret I did not get bought coins like litecoin,vertcoin or viacoin when they were very very low in 2015...there is a good dose of luck of course, but you must always do your own researches...for example watch Elicoin in livecoinwatch , is not an ICO or bounty... it's a coin with low mc, low supply, PoW whit cpu, no premine, active dev...only trading it on CREX24 for now...do you own researches in the thread in bitcointalk: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/anneli-elicoin-cpu-mining-only-exchange-available-3028302... people are too stupid for DYOR and got scammed by ICO or bounty...just my 2 cents...hope it helps...cheers
I think to survive for a number of years is quite a long time, if in my opinion we are better off buying bitcoin, because the price or profit is very promising.
