I think you should be cautious in your approach and invest in top 20 altcoin only. The above rated coin give you good return with minimum risk. Second you must invest a little in different altcoin and want for crypto market to move up. Only by keep patience you can earn
You can buy altcoin like ethereum, ripple because both altcoin will give you much profit and you can invest or trading now, your chance and profit at your hand do it now or never, I will suggest you to buy now and never wait for tomorrow.
You should also consider day trading because as the current situation keeps repeating, there is often a correction even on just a small pumps. So, if you buy alts now, you can have some amount of it for day trade and only some for holding.
Looking at the situation in the market I think we have chance to upgrade to next level with the option of selecting some best alts to trade at which will be a good profit for every one that take part like TRX, XRP, LTC, ETH, LSK, STRAT and many more that has show us best of crypto capacity to change the world to decentralization.
The market is in dilemma and every coin is available at rock bottom price and if you buy potentially good coins now, you can get good returns in a short span of time in next run up.
In my opinion it not bad to buy alts as the bearish market continues but one should be sure of buying the right coins that has working product to drive the price higher again.
the right time to buy because of low prices, and use the opportunity to choose Altcoin that is really good and don't choose the wrong one. good coins will make it easier and give you future profits. select a few Altcoin whose movements look good because when the market recovers, a good Altcoin will move quickly.
At this time we really need to be more careful in making decisions because there are so many altcoins that have no value after the fall of Crypto prices during 2018 but there are some altcoins that will remain strong and they certainly have good ratings on CMC and I am more likes to invest in altcoins with a rating of 2-20 only because after that ranking still has a big risk.

I say YES for quality ALTs with working teams and good vision. I think Cardano, Stellar are a couple of good ones!
As for Cardano, here my opinion coincides with yours. Stellar in my crypto portfolio I did not include, there are much more interesting projects. In addition, I think you need to hold for a couple of years!

in my opinion now is the right time to buy some altcoins like USDT, cardano and Ethereum, because these coins are still cheap and very good to hold this year, I am sure that in the future prices will continue to increase.

Now that season of falldown still continue , there in the market of cryptos you can see and choose some good coins to invest which have less value because of this falldown, maybe it is a good time to buy this alts and stored them and keep them for the next rise up season in the market.

I think it is too early to invest in altcoins or Bitcoin as the market is still going down and if you buy coins now then you will lose some money in the coming months.

I don't agree with your opinion a little. In my opinion this is the right time to buy. And in my opinion the market will soon improve. I don't want to miss to buy.
The crypto market is now red and if you want to buy coins, it's a good time. I suggest buying top coins because it has very good growth and has a large volume. Like BTC, ETH, XRP, and EOS for long-term investments are also very good.
I can say yes it's time for some big altcoins to shine. Just do your own research first and track their use cases. IMO the year 2019 is for great altcoins.
Everytime the cryptocurrencies is in dip , that is the best time to buy qnd invest from cryptocurrencies , most specially those cryptocurrencies that has a big potential in growth for a long term like the bitcoin and etherium , you can also choose to invest from the top coins in the coinmarketcap. Bitcoin and etherium is both best to invest for a long term gain of profits.
