Some of the people who have money took back by Paypal have violated their accounts or are otherwise engaged in illegal activities. I have used PayPal for 1 year and it's not bad, after I've used it to purchase my products I can always be guaranteed that I can return them, after they came broken or in a bad condition
I just used paypal to withdraw money from my atm card where i get $1500 dollars to it and now i use that for my needs and financial problem how they say paypal is scam? If you do illegal ofcourse they will locked up your account and will ask you some question and will ask also for some documents might be needed.

So they also provide a very strict system and it must be adhered to or they will revoke the right of member. So, if indeed the paypal scam then we can sue them and ask for compensation. i also had a bad experience with them, they always help customers who buy and i hate this because buyers often cheat on this to scam, last time my funds were blocked because they said i didn't provide tracking for the item, but after i added the tracking number still my funds were blocked, because they said the buyer have not added feedback, but how he can add feedback if the item is not arrived? this is very stupid to me
that's one of the most stupid things I have ever heard, if it was so easy to hack there wouldn't be that much people using it, I mean bitcoin is of course better, but paypal isn't that bad.

Based on my experience with Paypal for the last ten over years, it is one of the best payment systems I encounter. I do agree that they have a higher fee for the transactions, but they provide an excellent service if you follow their guidelines. Because of PayPal, we can buy online without any worry from unknown persons otherwise tough to do a transaction with strangers online in these days. As for as I know PayPal is not a scam.

If you are not involved or not doing any shady one, you are will be happily using paypal. But its against their TOS and maybe most of them didn't read that. And if you are one of them who got freeze you can simply contact them and know what's the real reason.

They are not scammers, they have high fee's, there is some strange rule's, depending from country where they operate, and there is always unsatisfied customers. Just because they have bad review from some people doesn't make them scammers, that is just need to be warning for others to read even small letters before they sign up for something.
Correct, the thing that bothers me the most out of Paypal are simply the ridiculous fees you need to pay , that is why bitcoin seems like the best option right now to send money no matter where you are since the fee compared to paypal is still way lower.If you're ebay seller then you should know that ebay sellers have very hard time selling products as they face lots of chargebacks and yes paypal fees is very high which makes sellers to earn very little profit.
I remember selling a few things on eBay. After all of the fees I came out with such a fucking horrible deal. I lost money on it, badly and the asshole never even gave me feedback! I hate the place as a seller. It's so buyer friendly but if you sell you're completely fucked.
