Yes Polkadot is very good for future. If it will become successful like Ethereum then expect a price above $1000 in near future. It will surely worth more than $100 soon.
I read all of the comments above. Everyone prefers Dot they only look to prices, they deal with DOT as a very high stock, meaning it is easy to double the money when invested.
We must stop thinking of it as investment. the future for any good project is technical development and not as fast as it in achieving a return on investment.

Polkadot demonstrates many advanced sides as between nets connection, parallel chains, integrated security system, network scalability, simplified system connection of applications, etc. Whats about mass adaptation? The project is good but is a much young.

the price is $40 you still can afford it so yes its a good token. you'll never know the much it could be in the next few weeks. maybe $50 or more. it's a top token on the list of coinmarketcap. Defi projects are the ones that are making money with this bull market, it's the next best token among the defis. if you feel like it's too late, there are other defi like UNI.

I think polkadot is the best and future of DeFi. Within the last few months, it reaches $40 and marketcap reaches to $37B which is new record. Many new positive news are coming regularly for DOT. I think it's price will go up and finally going to sky now.

Yes, now is definitely the right time for anyone to invest in Polkadot. Defi has been the trend as of recent and a lot of investors has focused on it. Although I don’t know for sure if Polkadotcan be really be the Ethereum killer as they say. Nobody talks about the old Ethereum killers, like EOS and Tron, nobody talks about those ones any longer.For years Ethereum has proven to be way more stronger than all its opponents, so I don’t know if Polkadot is going to be making any difference , although right now I will still vote Ethereum. Pokaldo is really doing greatly in the market, at first I looked at the coin as a means of pump and dump scheme and also a noise making one making ways to dominate ethereum, I see them on the higher level but not too way big than ethereum, meanwhile they are a good investment asset for long term holding. I will be looking forward to buy more of it an hodl while I never miss the chance and opportunity.

PolkaDot has huge potential but it is too early to talk about replacing ETH or other established altcoin on the top 5 coinmarketcap list. The high fees and the unreliable speeds can force the new projects to choose the Polkadot network over the ETH network but there is a long-time prediction before this happens. Polkadot and ETH are still worth to invest and add more to the portfolio.

Personally i have not purchased any dot coins till now nor i have used their network so i cannot really comment on the efficiency of the project but i have generally followed the price since its listing and seems like its demand is growing which means there are even more bulls ahead.
Polkadot is a go getter project, the team behind Polkadot are real experts who cares only about action and doesn't rely on investors much, they believe in real utilities, the project have every thing that Ethereum has and also some parts are just better on Polkadot platform
Many dApps platform alternative will going up soon. Ethereum high gas fee issue really matter for a sustainability of many project.

no doubt on this coin, because i have few amounts of DOT in my wallet now, and i have a plan to hold this coin for long term,

DOT brings interoperability which is very important. Also building chains with substrate is easy... there's a few vids of Gavin giving a talk and ripping out a blockchain in 20 minutes. The bet against "one coin to rul them all" and developer friendliness is enough to ensure a bright future. The tokenomics revolving around parachain loans are good as well.
