Russia is planning Bitcoin legality, Russia is doing great and moving forward to meet crypto interests and progress
What a nonsense are you writing?
Russia a far from cryptocurrencies legality, it has lots of other problems. Russian Governament is planning to issue a law about ICO regulating. There is not any control about cryptocurrencies now, the whole crypto market is in the shade...
The Russian government does not even plan to legalize the crypto currency and provide it. the right of its citizens to freely engage in crypto currency. Under the rule of Putin and Medvedev, who have already succeeded each other as president and prime minister, citizens will never have the opportunity to fully engage in crypto currency. This government is accustomed to controlling citizens, and the crypto-currency deprives such control. Therefore, Russia is not going to fully implement the crypto currency.

Until July 1, Russia had to pass laws on the regulation of the crypto currency. This term was set by the president of the country, but there is no news from Russia on this matter yet. I personally do not expect that Russia will soon adopt good laws on the crypto currency. Most likely, it will be a more severe restriction of circulation and the use of crypto currency than its friendly acceptance. I think that the legislation on crypto-currency in Russia will be one of the worst in the world. Of course, it will be good if I make a mistake.

Based on article we read Russia is one of the crypto friend country so I won't wonder if one day they published and declare Bitcoin is legal in their country and there are laws supporting it.

As far as I remember, the latest news that I read about Russia is that the government is only thinking about the issue related to the decision to legitimize or not the crypt.

And as far as I can remember, they have been saying that since March of 2017. LOL. Do you guys still think that Russia will give everything up and support crypto? Nah. As you have said they are still thinking but on the other hand, they already created their own crypto government back coin (Crypto Rubble). So this whole discussions about Russia adopting crypto should be put to rest and as long as Putin is on top of the country, there's no way that they give up everything on this decentralizes market. They want to have total control of everything and that's the main reason why they will not allow crypto, too decentralizes with no central authority.

Opening the only one for the whole. the capital of Russia, the exchange point of the crypto currency, does not mean that Russia has started using the crypto currency. If you look at other practical actions by the Russian authorities to close them by crypto-currency Internet sites, Telegram's social network, to submit to the State Duma a draft law on criminal responsibility for the use of crypto-currency as a means of payment, other current statements by government officials that licensing will be introduced in Russia to engage in crypto-currency activities, it becomes obvious that in this country citizens will not be given the opportunity to freely engage in crypto currency.

Bitcoin lover!
On July 1, the deadline set by Putin expired, for the adoption of bills regulating the crypto currency. So far, no information has been heard about this. Most likely, there are no laws on crypto-alyuta in Russia yet. I doubt that there will be free circulation of crypto currency for citizens in Russia. While power in Russia is far from democratic and will not be of any use.

I think it is true! Russia is more perspective country for such projects. However, everything depends on the project specifications. For example, there is one cool project - Socratus. I really like their concept - a platform for insurance companies that was created in order to make the communication between customer and insurance company more convenient and simple. It helps to get read of annoying personal meetings and paper work. With this ecosystem, companies will be able to cut operating costs, create new insurance products, deal with data analysis more efficiently and many other benefits.

There are some local exchange opened in Russia for crypto transactions. This shows that Russia is not against cryptocurrency. Russia opens the door for cryptocurrency. Russia is also planned to accept tax for bitcoin. If it is happened then automatically it is legal in Russia. Other than Russia so many countries now accept cryptocurrency as legal in their country.

There have always been local crypto exchanges in Russia, so it's nothing new or relevant. Russia has two faces when it comes to crypto. In some cases they don't act at all, and in other cases they over-exaggerate their actions because they don't make any sense at all. Also, there aren't all that many countries who actually legalized Bitcoin, and it technically doesn't matter as much as you think it does. Governments not acting on crypto means that people and businesses can do what they want as long as it doesn't break any existing laws. If everything depended that much on countries legalizing Bitcoin, we wouldn't have managed to grow this much and rapidly.

Russia government doesn't announced anything against the crypto currency. So crypto currency is neutral in Russia. If they announced it officially as a legal one .There may be huge correction in the price of bitcoin. This give the positive sign to the increase in the price. If it's happen,Russian people get happy.

Of course, it can seems very funny, but some people in Russia try to create cryptorubles.
I saw so many ICO's with, for example, RUSCOIN, which never listing anywhere, and somebody try to sold this tokens...
OMG, so much projects to made scam, and it is really hard to find really good project, with really good crypto

So, first time, when this projects could be really on worldwide market with listing tokens somewhere,
i can think, that it could be possible.
In another time, it seems to me scam in all of that projects.

Well, not all of course fraud. there are worthy projects. Few of them of course. Yes, any new ico needs to be well understood before you invest. Sometimes you become a millionaire, but you wait a long time, and sometimes you think that this is a fraud , and people earn. The situation is like any stock exchange.

Russia is not yet ready to take such decisions, as this will lead to the collapse of the monopoly in Russia. People will begin to invest in the blockade and the crypto currency and not in the state.

may i think yes, russia might legalize bitcoin and other types of cryptocurrency in order to combat illegal transactions, because the Russian electronic currency is already high, and they believe that a flexible approach is needed to regulate blockchain
